The PGIMER M.Sc Nursing Entrance Exam is a computer-based test (CBT) organized by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh – an Institute of National Importance and WHO Collaborating Centre – for admission to its 2-year Master of Science in Nursing programme for the 2026 academic session. PGIMER M.Sc Nursing 2026 Application Form – Apply Online

The PGIMER M.Sc Nursing 2026 application form was available online at pgimer.edu.in from 13 April 2026, with the last date to apply being 9 May 2026. PGIMER M.Sc Nursing 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, candidates had to meet the eligibility conditions set by PGIMER for the M.Sc Nursing programme:

  • Qualification: B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from a recognised State Nursing Council.
  • Minimum Marks: At least 55% marks in the qualifying degree.
  • Registration: Must be a Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife (RN & RM).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience after RN & RM registration in a 100-bedded hospital / public health / nursing education institute.

The course fee is notably low (tuition around Rs. 350 per semester) with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000.
