How to Check the PGIMER Paramedical Result 2027
PGIMER posts the result as a notice on its website with a link to the result login. In 2026 the result came out on 12 August, 12 days after the 31 July test.
- Go to pgimer.edu.in and open the Forthcoming Examinations notices.
- Open the notice titled Result for the entrance test of B.Sc. Allied and Healthcare and Bachelor of Public Health and Animation.
- Click the result link and log in with your application login ID and password.
- Check your percentile and download your result.
- Open the counselling notice posted with the result to see the cut-off percentiles and counselling dates.
What details are on the PGIMER Paramedical 2027 result?
After the final result, PGIMER shows your marks and percentile in your application login; it does not inform candidates individually.
How is the PGIMER Paramedical merit list made?
Your raw marks are converted into a percentile, and one combined merit list is made from these percentiles. Percentile = (number of candidates below your score + half the number with your score) ÷ total candidates × 100.
If two candidates have the same percentile, the tie is broken in this order:
- Fewer attempts to pass Class 12 ranks higher.
- Higher Class 12 marks rank higher.
- The older candidate ranks higher.
What percentile do I need to qualify?
You need at least the 55th percentile in the General, Sponsored or Foreign National category, and the 50th percentile in the SC, ST, OBC or PwBD category. Only three times the number of seats are called to the 1st counselling, so the actual cut-off is much higher.

These are the minimum percentiles to be called for the 1st counselling of 2026. For the open round on 28 September 2026, PGIMER called everyone above the basic 55th and 50th percentiles.
What happens after the PGIMER Paramedical result?
Qualified candidates go through document checks and physical counselling at PGIMER Chandigarh, where courses are given strictly in merit order.
- Submit a printout of your application form and self-attested documents to the Academic Section within 2 days of the result.
- Check the provisional merit list that PGIMER posts before counselling.
- Attend document verification and counselling in person at the NINE Auditorium, PGIMER. Absent candidates are not considered.
- Pay the fee on the same day if you get a seat, or the seat goes to the next candidate.
- Join on the date in your admission letter. Vacant seats go to a 2nd round and then an open round.
