Fill online application form according to the instructions given in the prospectus and the admission notice. The selection will be made strictly in order of merit of the candidates in the respective merit lists of entrance test. The schedule for PGIMER Paramedical Entrance Exam 2019 is as follows:

Method of Selection
The selection will be made strictly in order of merit of the candidates in the respective merit lists of entrance test. Overall rank of all the candidates shall be decided based on percentile scores, with a higher percentile score translating into a better rank.
An overall merit list based on the percentile obtained by all the candidates appearing in the theory examination (irrespective of their category) will be prepared. Candidates of various categories who secure percentile in the theory examination, as mentioned against each category, will qualify for admission:
General/Sponsored/Foreign National : 55th percentile
SC/ST/OBC & PWD : 50th percentile
All selection will be made on merit on all India Basis.
The reserved categories are also eligible to compete under the general category seats (open category). Thus, in addition to category wise list, a combined General Category merit list of all the candidates will also be prepared. In exceptional circumstances, if a candidate reports for counseling after his/her turn; he/she will be considered for admission only against the subject available at that time.
Merit list is prepared for each category of candidate viz. General, those belonging to Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribes/OBC/deputed/sponsored and foreign candidates if any Candidates will be selected for each course from the respective list, strictly in order of merit provided they are otherwise eligible.
- A Candidate who obtained higher percentage marks in 10+2 or its equivalent would rank senior to a candidate who obtained fewer marks.
- If marks obtained in 10+2 or its equivalent examination is more or equivalent by the candidate Junior in age shall be considered the rank Junior than candidate senior in age.
The following dues are payable to the institute by each candidate admitted to the various courses mentioned above:-
- Registration fee Rs. 200/-
- Tuition fee Rs. 250/- (p.a)
- Laboratory fee Rs. 120/- (p.a)
- Amalgamated Fund Rs. 120/- (p.a)
- Security (refundable) Rs. 300/-
The first installment of fee for 6 months is required to be paid immediately after selection and balance is recovered in half-yearly installments in advance. Fees and other charges once paid will not be refunded in any case including that of a candidate leaving the institute before the completion of the term or not joining the Institute for any reason.

B.Sc. Med. Tech. (Laboratory/ Radiodiagnosis & Imaging/ Operation Theatre):
10+2 (Science Group) (PCM/PCB) passed or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ University. OR
10+2 (Vocational) passed in the respective stream i.e. Medical Laboratory Technology for course No. 1, X-ray Technology for course No. 2. OR
Three years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology for course No. 1 from a recognized Board/University.
B.Sc. Med. Tech., Radiotherapy:
10+2 (Science group) passed or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University with Physics & Chemistry with at least 50% marks. OR
- Matriculation/Hr. Sec./Pre University passed from a recognized Board/ University with Physics & Chemistry.
- Certificate/diploma in Radiography from a recognized Institute of at least a two-year duration.
- 5 years experience as a technician attached to Radiotherapy division/ department of a recognized teaching research Institute after obtaining the qualification and experience.
B.Sc. Med. Tech. Perfusionist:
10+2 (Science group) passed or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English.
B.Sc. (Embalming & Mortuary Science:
10+2 (Science group) passed or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General English and Gen. Knowledge/Current Affairs.
Medical Animation and Audio-visual creation:
10+2 or equivalent from recognized Board/ University
Bachelor in Public Health (BPH):
10+2 or equivalent certificate from recognized Board/University. OR
Should have passed Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) / Male Health Worker / Female Health Worker / Multipurpose Health Worker / Lady Health Visitor/ Health Inspector/ Sanitary Inspector / Food Inspector/ Drug Inspector/ Laboratory Technicians course or any other equivalent course.
Bachelor of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology:
10+2 (Science group) passed or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University with Physics & Chemistry with a least 50% marks.
Bachelor of Physical Therapies:
10+2 (Science group) passed or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University with Physics & Chemistry, Biology & English.
The application form for the Paramedical Courses admission is available for the interested and eligible candidates. The candidates have to fill Online Application form, upload the latest scanned photograph (photograph with signature) and signature in available space on the Online Application Form. After filling application form the candidate should deposit the application fee through the payment gateway.
- For General/OBC/SPON/FN candidates: Rs. 1000/-
- For SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 800/-
- PwBD: exempted for fee
Roll numbers and Admit cards will be issued to only those candidates who found complete in all respects. Entry without Admit Card (Roll No.) will not be allowed in the examination hall. All the candidates are required to bring their Admit Cards and one ID proof. Roll Numbers/Admit Cards for appearing in the entrance examination will be available for download to eligible candidates approximately 15 days in advance and can be downloaded from the website by logging into their accounts on the website with their respective login ID. Roll Numbers/Admit Cards will NOT be sent by post.
Total Marks: 100
Negative Marking: 0.25 will be deducted for the wrong answer
