Is there an entrance exam for Rajasthan ITI admission 2027?

No. Rajasthan fills ITI seats on merit, using the marks of the qualifying exam the trade asks for, which is Class 8 or Class 10. You apply online, the department publishes a provisional merit list, and seats are allotted in rounds by merit and your choice of ITI and trade.

You apply online only, once the department opens the 2027-28 form. The application is linked to the Rajasthan SSO portal, so create your SSO ID in advance if you do not have one.

Log in to the Rajasthan SSO portal with your SSO ID, or register for a new SSO ID.
Open the ITI admission application and start a new form for the 2027-28 session.
Fill in personal, category and address details and the marks of your qualifying exam (Class 8 or Class 10).
Choose the ITIs and trades you want, in order of preference.
Upload your photo, signature and documents in the format the form asks for.
Pay the application fee online, submit the form and print a copy. Check every entry first, as changes are generally not allowed after submission.

Who can apply for Rajasthan ITI admission 2027?

You can apply if you are at least 14 years old and have passed the minimum qualification for the trade you want. There is no upper age limit for ITI trade courses.

Class 8 pass for a few trades, such as some tailoring and craft trades.
