The Rajasthan board has not published its 2026 schedule yet, but MCC’s national schedule of 8 October 2026 fixes state Round 1 for 21 October to 2 November 2026, with joining by 10 November 2026.

Which seats are filled through Rajasthan NEET PG counselling?
Rajasthan NEET PG counselling fills the state quota PG medical seats in Rajasthan’s government and private medical colleges. There is no separate state exam; the merit list is drawn from NEET PG 2026 scores.

How to register for Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026?
You register online on the board’s counselling portal, which changes its address every year. The 2026 portal has not been announced yet; registration is expected in October 2026 so that Round 1 can run from 21 October 2026.
- Open the Rajasthan NEET PG 2026 counselling portal when the board announces it.
- Register with your NEET PG 2026 roll number and basic details, then log in.
- Fill in the application form, including category, domicile and in-service details if they apply to you.
- Upload the documents asked for and pay the registration fee online.
- Submit the form and keep a printout. Check the provisional merit list when it is published.
- Pay the security deposit and fill and lock your college and course choices in each round you join.

Bank transaction charges are extra. The 2026 fee and the security deposit for choice filling (which differs for government and private seats) will be confirmed in the board’s 2026 notice.
Who can apply for Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026?
You can apply if you hold an MBBS recognised by NMC, have finished your internship by the cut-off date and have qualified NEET PG 2026. These are the 2025 conditions; the 2026 notice may update them.
- MBBS degree recognised by NMC (formerly MCI).
- One year of compulsory rotating internship completed by the cut-off date in the notice (31 July in 2025).
- Registration with NMC, the Rajasthan Medical Council or another state medical council.
- NEET PG 2026 score at or above the qualifying cut-off, and registration with the Rajasthan state PG counselling board.
- In-service doctors get bonus-mark weightage on their NEET PG score after verification by the Rajasthan Medical and Health Department, with a separate merit list.
- Post-MBBS DNB and Diploma seats are only for regular in-service candidates; those working on UTB are not eligible (2025 rule).
What NEET PG 2026 score do you need to take part?
You need at least the NEET PG 2026 qualifying score for your category to register (2026, NBEMS cut-off as reported by Telangana Today).

These are only qualifying thresholds. Your chance of a Rajasthan seat depends on your state merit rank, category and the choices you lock.
How do counselling rounds work in Rajasthan NEET PG counselling?
Rajasthan fills its seats in four online rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and a stray vacancy round, all within the national schedule set by MCC.
- The board publishes a provisional state merit list of registered candidates, with a separate list for in-service candidates.
- You pay the security deposit and fill and lock choices of course and college.
- The board publishes the allotment result. You download the allotment letter, deposit one year’s tuition fee by NEFT/RTGS and report to the college by the deadline.
- Later rounds fill vacant and upgraded seats. For 2026, Round 2 runs 14 to 23 November, Round 3 from 4 to 12 December, and the stray vacancy round from 22 to 25 December 2026.
The 2026 PG academic session is scheduled to begin on 20 November 2026, and the last date of joining for the stray vacancy round is 31 December 2026.
What documents do you need when reporting to the allotted college?
In 2025 the board asked allotted candidates to bring the following when reporting; check the 2026 notice for the final list.
- Allotment letter downloaded from the counselling portal
- Original documents for everything you claimed in the application
- The bonds required by the board
- Two copies of your application form
- Self-attested photocopies of all documents
