Tamil Nadu ITI 2021 Admission – Directorate of Employment and Training (DET) has released 1st phase allotment for admission to the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) of Tamil Nadu on September 11, 2021. Tamil Nadu ITI 2021 Rank List
Rank List for ITI Tamil Nadu admission has released by the Directorate Of Employment & Training, Tamil Nadu itself. Candidates who have filled the form can check their name in the rank list and if they wish to take admission in the course. The Rank List is prepared on the basis of the candidate’s marks scored in their qualifying examination. If the candidates name present in the rank list then they is selected for the final admissions.
If more than one candidate get the same score then they will get the seat according to the tie breaker rules as follows:
- The math score will be consider, candidate with higher marks will have the preference.
- If the case tie breaking, the candidate having higher score in Science will have the preference.
- If continued , then candidates having the higher total score will have the preference.
- At last, the date of birth of the candidate will be compare.

Tamil Nadu ITI 2021 Application Form
Application Form for ITI Tamil Nadu Admission has been released on the official website. Candidates have to fill the application form in the online mode. They have to fill all the information in the application form. It will be mandatory for every candidate to fill the name of the district. According to their preference, candidates will allot with the ITI training institute. After the submission of the application form, there will be a verification process which will be done by the institute. As the verification is complete candidates can get an acknowledgement. They have to print the acknowledgement and keep it for the future.

Tamil Nadu ITI 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should fulfill the eligibility criteria before applying for the application form. The eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
Candidates should be have the minimum age of 14 years till December at the year of admission and the maximum age of 40 years.
- Candidates should have passed 8th standard, candidates can apply for certain cases. OR
- Students should have cleared 10th standard. OR
- Candidates should have qualified 12th standard.

Tamil Nadu ITI 2021 Counselling
After the release of the rank list, the counseling will be released by the Institute. The counselling will also be called consultation day. Candidates can check the date, time, and location for the consultation day on the official website. Candidates should present on the consultation day with their original documents. It is mandatory for every candidate to reach on the day they will be allotted for the consultation else they will lose their admission seat. The selection of the candidate will be according to the rank list. Candidates should check the schedule for the consultation day.
The seat allotment will be done on the consultation day. Candidates when reach the allotted venues then they will able to see the electronic screen. All the results will be show on the electronic screen. In case candidates arrive late on the consultation day then they will not allow for the counseling process. About Directorate of Employment and Training
Directorate of Employment and Training will introduce the ITI courses for the government and private institute. Candidates can also apply for vocational training. Industrial Training Institute (ITI) will impart the skill training under craftsmen skill training. Systematic training offered in these institutes will introduce different courses. There are 85 government ITIs functioning across the state. The courses will be for one or two years according to the NCVT norms. Training will be imparted into 45 Engineering courses and 20 non-engineering courses. Candidates can also apply for private ITIs, there are 658 Private affiliates ITIs in Tamil Nadu.

Ans: Candidates should have qualified 8th Standard or 10th Standard or 12th Standard. Different trades will have different eligibility criteria, candidates should check it before applying for the particular trade.
