TG EdCET 2026 Counselling
After the result, TGCHE conducts TG EdCET counselling entirely online for admission to B.Ed colleges. The counselling process generally begins in June 2026 and includes the following stages:
- Fee payment and slot booking for certificate verification.
- Certificate verification at the allotted help-line centre or online.
- Web options entry — choosing preferred colleges and methodology in order of preference.
- Seat allotment based on rank, options and reservation, followed by self-reporting and college joining.

TG EdCET 2026 Eligibility
- Candidate must be an Indian national and satisfy local/non-local rules of Telangana.
- Minimum age of 19 years as on 01 July 2026; there is no upper age limit.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA / BSc / BCom / BE / BTech / BSc Home Science or a 5-year integrated course) with at least 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC / ST / BC / PH candidates).
- Candidates appearing in the final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to apply.
