The DUVASU syllabus 2027 for the UGEE and DEE is the Class 12 (Intermediate) syllabus of the UP Board, CBSE or an equivalent board in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. The PGEE covers the full bachelor’s degree syllabus of your subject. DUVASU gives no separate chapter list; the rules are in its yearly prospectus.

What is the DUVASU UGEE 2027 syllabus?
The UGEE syllabus is the Intermediate syllabus of the UP Board, CBSE or an equivalent board, and you choose Biology or Mathematics as your third subject when you apply.

What is the DUVASU DEE 2027 syllabus?
The DEE syllabus is the Intermediate syllabus of the UP Board or an equivalent board, with 50 Physics, 50 Chemistry and 100 Biology questions. There is no Mathematics option, because both diplomas need Biology.
What is the DUVASU PGEE 2027 syllabus?
The PGEE asks questions from all subjects of the bachelor’s degree that leads to your master’s course, and Ph.D. papers cover the master’s subjects of your discipline.

How are the DUVASU 2027 papers marked?
Only the UGEE has negative marking: 4 marks for a correct answer, minus 1 for a wrong one, and zero for a question left blank, so the maximum is 800. Marking two answers counts as wrong. The DEE and PGEE have no negative marking; the PGEE Masters paper is 200 marks in 2 hours and the Ph.D. paper 100 marks in 1 hour.

DUVASU prints the syllabus rules inside its admissions prospectus rather than as a separate PDF. The 2026-27 prospectus below is the latest; the 2027-28 one is expected around February 2027.

How should you prepare for DUVASU UGEE 2027?
- Finish the NCERT Class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Mathematics) books first, since the paper follows the Intermediate syllabus.
- Give Biology the most time if you take it: it carries 100 of the 200 questions.
- Practise with OMR sheets and a timer, and answer only when you are fairly sure, because each wrong UGEE answer costs a mark.
- Revise from short notes in the last month and practise full 200-question papers.
