The ACPC MCA cut off is the last merit number allotted an MCA seat in each Gujarat institute, category and round. In 2026-27 Round 1, L.D. College of Engineering closed at merit number 20081 (MCA rank 81) for GEN, with Rollwala Computer Centre at 20082. ACPC ranks candidates on CMAT scores, and 2027 cut offs are due from July 2027.
ACPC MCA Cut Off 2027
This page gives the official ACPC MCA closing merit numbers for 2026-27 and 2025-26, how to read them, and how ACPC MCA admission works.
How to Check the ACPC MCA Cut Off
- Go to acpc.gujarat.gov.in and open the MBA/MCA course page.
- Under the analysis notices, open “MCA Round-1 Closure Details” or the round you need. Older years are on the MBA/MCA Archives page.
- Find your institute, then your category (GEN, EWS, SEBC, SC or ST) and quota (HS for Gujarat, AI for All India).
- Note the closing rank. It is the last merit number that got a seat in that round.
- Compare it with your own merit number in the Rank Details section of your profile on gujacpc.admissions.nic.in.
ACPC merit numbers carry a course code. For Gujarat candidates, the first digit 2 means MCA and the last four digits are your rank, so 20081 is MCA rank 81. All India merit numbers start with 99, then 2 for MCA, so 9920008 is All India MCA rank 8. A lower number is better.

How does ACPC MCA admission work?
ACPC runs one common online process for MBA and MCA seats in Gujarat’s government, grant-in-aid (GIA) and self-financed (SFI) institutes, and ranks candidates on their CMAT score. It is part of ACPC 2027 counselling.
- Eligibility for 2026-27: you must have appeared in CMAT 2026 (conducted by NTA) and passed BCA, B.Sc. (CS or IT), B.E./B.Tech. (CSE or IT) or any other degree, preferably with Mathematics at Class 12 or graduation level, with at least 50% marks (45% for SC, ST, SEBC and EWS). Students without Mathematics do a bridge course.
- 95% of seats in government and GIA institutes, and the full intake of SFI institutes, are for candidates who studied in Gujarat. The other 5% of government and GIA seats are All India seats.
- Registration fee in 2026-27 was Rs 500 for MBA or MCA, or Rs 750 to apply for both. Candidates who apply for both get separate MBA and MCA merit numbers but only one seat.
- After registration ACPC publishes a provisional merit list, runs a mock round, then the final merit list and online Rounds 1 and 2. A third online round fills vacant government and GIA seats only.
- Seats still vacant go to offline rounds for government and GIA institutes, while SFI institutes fill their vacant quota seats themselves.
- There are no tuition fee waiver (TFW) seats in MBA or MCA.
