AILET 2018 exam date 06 May 2018

The admit card for AILET 2018 will be issued online w.e.f April 2018 onwards. The admit cards can be downloaded from the university official website. Candidates who have duly filled and submitted the application form will be issued admit cards. The AILET 2018 is likely to commence from first week of May 2018. The intimation for the admit card will be sent to candidates on their registered mail ID and phone number. How to Download admit card for AILET 2018

Downloading the admit card is a few steps process. Follow the instructions given below to download the admit card:

  1. Visit the official website of NLU or direct link provided in the article.
  2. On the homepage, click on the link that says Download AILET 2018 Admit Card.
  3. Enter all the detail as required for downloading the admit card.
  4. Click on SUBMIT button.
  5. The admit card will appear on your computer screen.
  6. Download and take print out of the admit card.

NOTE: The applicants belonging to Person with disability category have to bring a copy of Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority at the examination centre.

Important points for AILET Admit card

  • The admit card for AILET 2018 will be issued online only.
  • Students will have to bring hard copy of the admit card for the exam.
  • The following articles have to be brought along by the examinees: Admit Card, Black HB pencil, Sharpener, Eraser and Ball Point Pen.
  • No electronic device like mobile phone calculator etc,  is allowed  in the examination hall.
  • It is important that the applicant should preserve the admit until he admission process is not over, as it may be required for further admission stages.
  • Read all the rules and regulations provided in the admit card. Every entrance exam is different from another and so the rules also may differ.

Any Discrepancy in AILET 2018 Admit Card

After downloading the admit card, check if all the details mentioned in the admit card are correct or not. If there any spelling error in your name or any kind of discrepancy in the admit, report the matter to the NLU authorities.

Ph.D Programmes

The written test for Ph.D will consist of two papers:

  1. Paper I – Research Methodology

The Paper I will of 100 marks which includes objective type 100  questions of Multiple Choice, the examination duration will 1 hour and 30 minutes

  1.  Paper II – Research Proposal Specific Paper

This shall not be a written paper as the candidate will have to submit a research proposal not exceeding 15 pages on the topic in which the candidate wants to pursue a Ph.D.

The Research Proposal shall contain the following:

  1. Title
  2. Statement of problem & background information on the subject
  3. Research questions,Hypothesis & Methodology; and
  4. Research design
