How to Check the CUSAT CAT 2027 Answer Key
- Open the CUSAT objection handling portal through the answer key link on admissions.cusat.ac.in or in your candidate profile.
- Log in with the registration number you got when you registered for CAT.
- The exam dashboard lists every test you took. Click View next to a test.
- You see the official answer key and your recorded response for each question.
- Count your right and wrong answers to estimate your score.
How do I raise an objection to the CUSAT CAT answer key?
You can challenge an answer only during the objection window. In 2026 it ran from 14 to 18 May.
- On the question you want to challenge, click Raise an objection.
- Choose the type of objection in the pop-up window.
- Write your justification and upload supporting documents.
- Submit, then click View Objection to check what you sent.
CUSAT’s 2026 objection instructions did not mention a fee. Experts review the objections, and the rank list is based on the final answer key.
How do I calculate my CUSAT CAT score?
Use the 2026 formula S = 4R – 1W, where R is the number of right answers and W the number of wrong ones.

For example, 150 right and 30 wrong answers in test 101 give 600 – 30 = 570 out of 900. Up to 2025 the formula was S = 3R – 1W, so older score estimates cannot be compared directly.
To enter the B.Tech rank list you need a normalised score of at least 10 in PCM together. SC and ST candidates have no minimum but must answer at least one question. Rank lists follow; see the CUSAT CAT 2027 result page.
