DAVV CET – DAVV CET is short for Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya Common Entrance Test. The University organises this test to let eligible candidates take admissions into various UG & PG courses. DAVV conducts the entrance examination on an annual basis. The Institute has counteracted the examination and released the DAVV CET result and counselling details. Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya is located in Indore. It was established in 1964. On annual basis, more than a lakh candidates get enrolled in the university combining all the courses.

DAVV’s course curriculum is divided into four groups i.e. Group A, B, C & D. The candidates while filling up the form must specify their desired group of study they intend to pursue. In addition, every candidate must keep a special note of the eligibility conditions as laid in the Information Bulletin.

Courses After 12th

DAVV has distributed the courses in 4 groups. Courses after 12th are divided into Group “B” & Group “C”.

• Group “B”-  5 yrs. M.B.A. (Foreign Trade)/ 5 yrs.-M.Sc. (Electronic Media) / 5-yrs. M.B.A. (Management Science)/ 5-yrs. M.B.A. (e-Commerce)/ 3-yrs. B.Com. (HONS.)/ 3-yrs. B.Com. (Accounting & Tax Mgt.)/ 3-yrs.B.A. (HONS.)-Mass Communication/ 5-yrs. B.A. LL.B. (HONS.).
• Group “C”- 5-yrs.-M.TECH. (IT)/ 5 yrs.-M.C.A./ 6 yrs.- M.B.A. (Hospital Administration) / 4 yrs.- B.Pharm.

Courses After Graduation

Courses after Graduation are divided in Group “A” & Group “D”.

• Group “A”- M.B.A. (Financial Administration/ Advertising & Public Relations/ Marketing Mgt. / Tourism/ HR/  Business Economics/ Hospital Administration/ Media Management/ e-Commerce/ International Business/ Financial Services/ Disaster Mgt./Foreign Trade) M.Com. (Bank Mgt.)/ / M.Com. (Account & Financial Control) / (Bachelor of Journalism – 1 Yr.) / 2 yrs.- M.A.(Mass Communication).
• Group “D”- 2- yrs.- M.Sc.(Electronics, Electronics & Communication), M.Sc.(Life Science, Industrial Microbiology), M.Sc. (Biochemistry)/ LL.M.(Business Law).

DAVV CET Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to go through the conditions below carefully as this will be the first step towards applying. And if you do not clear this, then do not proceed further.

Education Qualification Requirement

• For the UG courses- 12th class pass from a recognised board.
• For the PG courses- UG pass from a recognised University.

Age Limit Requirement

• Age limit for UG courses- not more than 23 years(as on July 01, respective year).
• Age limit for UG courses- not more than 25 years(as on July 01, respective year).

• Subjects- B.Sc.

(iii) M.Sc. (Biochemistry)

• Subjects- B.Sc.

(iv) LLM

• Subjects- LLB

The entrance test in Computer-based test (CBT) mode will be held at Indore, Dewas, Bhopal, Jabalpur,
