- Open the WBJEEB JEMScN page on the result date.
- Click the Rank Card for JEMScN 2027 link.
- Sign in with your application number and password, and the security code shown.
- View your rank card and check your name, score and ranks.
- Print it with the portal’s Print option; screenshots are not accepted at counselling.
What does the JEMScN 2027 rank card show?
- Your name, roll number and application number
- Your JEMScN score
- General Merit Rank (GMR)
- Category ranks (SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, EWS or PwD), where they apply
WBJEEB does not publish a rank or score list. Only you can see your rank card.
How is the JEMScN 2027 merit list prepared?
Candidates are ranked in descending order of marks as the GMR. Seat allotment uses the GMR only; category ranks are for information. When marks are equal, WBJEEB breaks the tie in this order:
- Higher marks in Part B
- Fewer negative marks in total
- Fewer negative marks in Part B
- Fewer negative marks in Part A
- Older candidate by date of birth
- Earlier application number
Every candidate gets a rank card with a score, but WBJEEB sets a cut-off rank or score, so not everyone gets a rank that makes them eligible for counselling. Any score grievance must reach [email protected] within 24 hours of the result.
What is the expected JEMScN 2027 cut off?
JEMScN has no fixed pass mark; admission depends on your GMR. As a reference for 2027, these are the last GMRs allotted in Round 1 of the JEMScN 2025 counselling (Open category, All India quota), from WBJEEB’s official opening and closing rank (ORCR) report.

Reserved-category closing ranks are much higher. Later rounds and the mop-up round can go further, and 2027 ranks will depend on the seat matrix and the number of candidates.
What happens after the JEMScN 2027 result?
WBJEEB runs online e-counselling for M.Sc. Nursing seats after the result. In 2026 it had three rounds between 11 and 30 September 2026.
- Register for counselling with a Rs 500 fee and fill at least 20 choices in order of preference, then lock them.
- Check the seat allotment result. First-time allottees pay a Rs 1,000 seat acceptance fee.
- Report to the allotted institute for document verification with the allotment letter, rank card, Class 10 admit card or birth certificate, all semester mark sheets, nursing registration certificate and category certificates.
- If you get a lower choice, opt for Yes or No upgradation for the next round.
