NEET PG Counselling 2019 is being conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). The MCC has published the Round-2 seat allotment result at its official website, mcc.ac.in. The NEET PG Counselling 2019 Seat Allotment Final Result is available in the pdf format. The counselling is conducted to allot seats to the NEET PG 2019 qualified candidates in 50% seats in All India Quota and 50% seats in the institutional quota. It is being completed in 2 rounds and 1 mop-up round. The candidates who have been allotted a seat will have to report to the allotted Institute along with the necessary documents. NEET PG Counselling 2019

After the candidates qualify the NEET PG 2019 Exam they need to participate in the centralised counselling process that MCC conducts online. The counselling includes 2 rounds and 1 mop-up round. For each round the candidates have to register, pay the fee, fil land lock their choice of seat. The counselling result is then released online as per which the candidates have to complete the further admission process in the allotted institute.

Documents needed for NEET PG Counselling 2019 Registration

The candidates are going to need important details in the first step of the registration itself. Therefore they need to be ready with these details herein:

  •  Roll No
  • Confirmation Number
  • Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Active Mobile Number
  • Email Id

All the details except for the email id and mobile number is available in the NEET PG 2019 Admit Card. Therefore keep the NEET PG 2019 Admit Card handy before starting with the registration process for the counselling.

NEET PG Counselling 2019 Registration

The NEET PG Counselling 2019 Registration is an online process. The process starts with the registration. All the NEET PG 2019 qualified candidates have to get themselves registered and start the choice filling and locking of the seat choices before the last date.

Registration/Choice Filling:

Below are the steps to register for the NEET PG Counselling 2019:

Step 1 – Register: The candidates first need to click on the Register button and fill the details that appear on the screen. After filling all the details the candidates have to click on the submit button.

Step 2 – Verify OTP: After clicking the submit button the candidates get an OTP to verify their mobile number. This is an important step as all future communication is done via the mobile number.

NEET PG 2019 Counselling Procedure

Briefly, following is the procedure for NEET PG Counselling.

  1. Registration – Candidates who have qualified the NEET PG, have to register for the online NEET PG counseling at www.mcc.nic.in.
  2. Selection of choices – The next step involved exercising of choices, indicative seats and locking of choices.
  3. Seat Allotment – As per merit/rank obtained in NEET PG, and seat preference, the NEET PG seat allotment will be done and published online at www.mcc.nic.in.

Allotment of Seats

The allotment of seats will be done by NBE based on NEET-PG 2019 marks and merit position.

Documents Required

Since it is online allotment (Online Counseling) process, no documents will be required for participating in the online allotment process. However, they are required to carry Original Certificates/Documents at the time of Reporting for Admission. Without Original Certificate/Documents, candidates will not be allowed admission.

Original documents required at the time of joining in allotted Medical/Dental College are as mentioned below:

  • Admit Card issued by NBE
  • Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE
  • Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd & 3rd Professional Examinations.
  • MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.
  • Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate shall complete the Internship by 31st March, of the year of admission.
  • Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Counsel. Provision Registration Certificate is acceptable only in cases where the candidate is undergoing internship land likely to complete the same on or before 31st March of the year of admission.
  • High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
  • Candidates allotted seat must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the Information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for AIPGMEE i.e. PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card).
  • The Candidate should also bring the following certificates, if applicable
    • SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the format as specified in the prospectus) and should be in English or Hindi language. Subcaste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate
    • OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. The OBC certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus.
    • Orthopaedic Physical Disability {Physically Handicapped (PH)} Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Boards. No other PH certificate, issued by any other Authorities/ Hospital will be entertained.

Candidates without original certificates/documents shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical/Dental College.

Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/ College/University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute/College/University” shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical/Dental College.
