NEET PG Counselling 2019 is the online counselling for All India Level Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination known as NEET PG, and seat allotment. Online counselling for NEET PG 2019 is being looked after by the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Candidates who have qualified in the NBE NEET PG 2019 are eligible to participate in the online counselling for all India 50% quota seats for 2019 admission session. NEET PG Counselling 2019

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for entrance to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in terms of Section 10 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 as amended in 2016 shall be conducted by the National Board of Examinations.

Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is holding the online counseling for 50% All India Quota post-graduate Medical seats. Counselling for NEET PG 2019 is being conducted on the basis of NEET PG Result 2019 declared by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

All India 50% quota seats admission through NEET-PG 2019 counselling by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is only for qualified candidates. Other candidates who score more than the minimum qualifying score but less than the cutoff score in their respective category (SC/ST/OBC/UR) for candidates do not figure in the result for All India 50% quota seats.

Results/Seat Allotment

The results of NEET PG Counselling 2019 will be release. A Provisional seat allotment will also released by the authority. Results will be in pdf form and contain necessary details like All India rank, allotted college, course and allocated category. NEET PG 2019 Registration

All the eligible candidates on the basis of AIPGMEE / AIPGDEE, results will have to register through online at official website. The candidates declare eligible for counselling would be required to visit the MCC Counseling website and register themselves. If candidates have already registered then they may select either Medical or Dental stream with inputting information.

NEET PG 2019 Counselling Procedure

Briefly, following is the procedure for NEET PG Counselling.

  1. Registration – Candidates who have qualified the NEET PG, have to register for the online NEET PG counseling at www.mcc.nic.in.
  2. Selection of choices – The next step involved exercising of choices, indicative seats and locking of choices.
  3. Seat Allotment – As per merit/rank obtained in NEET PG, and seat preference, the NEET PG seat allotment will be done and published online at www.mcc.nic.in.

Allotment of Seats

The allotment of seats will be done by NBE based on NEET-PG 2019 marks and merit position.

Documents Required

Since it is online allotment (Online Counseling) process, no documents will be required for participating in online allotment process. However, they are required to carry Original Certificates/Documents at time of Reporting for Admission. Without Original Certificate/Documents, candidates will not be allowed admission.

Original documents required at the time of joining in allotted Medical/Dental College are as mentioned below:

  • Admit Card issued by NBE
  • Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE
  • Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd & 3rd Professional Examinations.
  • MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.
  • Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate shall complete the Internship by 31st March, of the year of admission.
  • Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Counsel. Provision Registration Certificate is acceptable only in cases where the candidate is undergoing internship land likely to complete the same on or before 31st March of the year of admission.
  • High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
  • Candidates allotted seat must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the Information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for AIPGMEE i.e. PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card).
  • The Candidate should also bring the following certificates, if applicable
    • SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the format as specified in the prospectus) and should be in English or Hindi language. Subcaste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate
    • OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. The OBC certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus.
    • Orthopaedic Physical Disability {Physically Handicapped (PH)} Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Boards. No other PH certificate, issued by any other Authorities/ Hospital will be entertained.

Candidates without original certificates/documents shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical/Dental College.

Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/ College/University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute/College/University” shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical/Dental College.
