MP PNST 2027 (Pre-Nursing Selection Test) is the entrance test that the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) holds for admission to the 4-year B.Sc Nursing course in government and private nursing colleges of Madhya Pradesh. The online form is expected in June 2027 and the computer-based exam in July 2027.

How to Apply for MP PNST 2027
You apply online through MPOnline once MPESB publishes the PNST 2027 rule book on esb.mp.gov.in, expected in June 2027. In 2026 the form was open from 9 to 23 June 2026, and you could edit it until 28 June 2026.
Apply Online for MP PNST 2027
Applications for MP PNST 2027 are expected in June 2027.
- Read the PNST rule book on esb.mp.gov.in and check that you meet every eligibility rule.
- Open the PNST application form on http://www.mponline.gov.in, or go to an authorised MPOnline kiosk.
- Fill in your details, including your Aadhaar number or VID, Class 12 marks, category, a permanent identification mark and the photo ID you will carry to the exam.
- Upload a scanned colour photo (not older than three months, with your name and the date it was taken written on it), your signature and a sample of your handwriting.
- Choose four exam cities in order of preference.
- Pay the fee online, submit the form and save a copy. Keep the application number safe, because you need it to download the admit card.

The fee concession is only for SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PwD candidates who are domiciled in Madhya Pradesh. MPESB does not check your certificates when you apply, so a wrong entry can cancel your candidature later.
Who can apply for MP PNST 2027?
You can apply if you are an Indian citizen who has passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 45% marks, has passed English, and is at least 17 years old on 31 December of the admission year. These are the 2026 rules; the 2027 rule book will confirm them.
- Qualification: Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, at least 45% marks, and a pass in English. SC, ST and OBC candidates get a 5% relaxation (minimum 40%).
- Timing: you must hold the qualifying marks by the date of counselling.
- Age: at least 17 years on 31 December of the admission year. The upper age limit follows Indian Nursing Council rules.
- Medical fitness: you must be medically fit.
- Reservation: only candidates domiciled in Madhya Pradesh get reservation. EWS candidates get 10% reservation, and PwD reservation follows Indian Nursing Council norms.
- ASHA workers and regular ANM or LHV staff of the MP health department: 4% of seats each in government B.Sc Nursing colleges, for those with 5 years of continuous service and permission from the district Chief Medical and Health Officer.
What is the MP PNST 2027 exam pattern?
PNST is a 2-hour computer-based test of 100 marks, with 20 marks each from Class 12 Physics, Chemistry and Biology, General English and General Knowledge. Chapter lists are on the MP PNST 2027 syllabus page.

Questions are objective, with four options each, in Hindi and English. Each correct answer gets 1 mark and 0.25 mark is cut for each wrong answer. In 2026 the test ran in two shifts a day, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
