NBEMS will release the NBE FET 2026 admit card on natboard.edu.in; it is not sent by post or email. For FET 2025 the admit card came on 10 March 2026, four days before the 14 March exam, so the FET 2026 admit card is expected in March 2027. Your test city is intimated about two weeks earlier.

How to Download the NBE FET 2026 Admit Card
- Go to natboard.edu.in and open the FET page.
- Click the admit card or Applicant Login link once NBEMS announces the release (you also get an SMS and email alert).
- Log in with your User ID (application ID) and password.
- Download the admit card and check your name, test centre address and reporting time.
- Take a coloured printout so the barcode or QR code is clearly readable.
Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot Your Password” option on the login page to retrieve it. Admit cards are not issued to candidates found ineligible.
What details are printed on the NBE FET 2026 admit card?
The admit card tells you where and when to report, and it is scanned at the entry point.
- Your name, which must match your photo ID
- Roll number
- Exam date and reporting time
- Test centre name and full address, with a Google map location
- A barcode or QR code read at the entry point
- Items you may carry into the exam lab
What documents should you carry to the NBE FET 2026 exam?
You must bring three things; without them you are not allowed in.
- A coloured printout of the barcode / QR code admit card.
- A photocopy of your permanent SMC / MCI / NMC registration, which the centre keeps.
- One original, valid government photo ID: PAN card, driving licence, voter ID, passport or Aadhaar card with photograph. International candidates bring their passport.
Photocopies of ID and IDs shown in DigiLocker are not accepted. If your name has changed, for example after marriage, bring the supporting document.
What are the NBE FET 2026 exam day rules?
Report at the centre’s reporting counter at the time on your admit card; the counter closes 30 minutes before the test starts and late candidates are not let in. For FET 2025 the timings were:

- No mobile phones, smart watches, earphones, calculators or other electronic devices.
- No stationery, notes, wallets, belts, caps, goggles, food or water bottles beyond the security check.
- No ornaments, except religious items allowed after checking.
- Friends and relatives are not allowed inside the premises.
NBEMS puts a demo test on natboard.edu.in a few days before the exam (from 4 March 2026 for FET 2025), so you can practise the CBT screen.
Where is the NBE FET 2026 exam held?
FET 2025 was held in 23 cities, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Patna and Guwahati. You choose a test city in the form on a first-come basis, and NBEMS allots the exact venue, which appears on the admit card.
