The result-cum-score card for NEET-SS 2017 mentions:
- Specialty of the candidate
- Score obtained out of 200
- NEET-SS 2017 Specialty Specific Percentile (percentile of the candidates in a particular Post Graduate specialty in which they took the exam).
- Specialty specific cut-off score (score obtained by the candidate at 50th Percentile in a particular Post Graduate specialty).

- Now go to CET SS and locate result link.
- A page will open where you will notice the spaced where you will enter the Testing ID and Date of birth.
- Download the NEET SS Result 2017
- Take print out of the page.
Qualifying criteria for NEET SS Exam
All the candidates are required to attain a minimum percentage of the marks to be eligible for the admission into the PG courses. The minimum percentile that a candidate is required to achieve is a 50th percentile or more. The candidate who attain the prescribed percentile in the NEET SS exam 2017 will be declared as qualified in their respective specialty.
Validity of the NEET SS Exam
The candidates who appear for the exam and qualify the exam are informed that the validity of the result of NEET-SS 2017 will be valid only for that particular year of admission. The candidate who are taking admission into the DM/M.Ch courses in 2017 will not be able to use the marks obtained in 2017 for admission into the course in the year 2018. It is not valid for next session the candidate will need to re appear for the exam fulfilling all the eligibility requirements.
Merit List Preparation for NEET SS Admission
The National Board of Education will publish result-cum-merit list of NEET-SS 2017 for admission into all the different specialties for which the exam has been conducted. For instance there will be a separate merit list for General Surgery, General Medicine, Orthopedics, Pathology etc.
The scores that the candidate will obtain in the NEET-SS 2017 shall be utilized for: Admission to SS( Super Specialty) Courses in all Medical Colleges approved by the Government of India , Private Medical Colleges/Institutions etc.
There will be no combined merit list for any specific SS course like MCh Urology, DM Cardiology, DM Endocrinology etc.
