NBEMS will declare the NEET SS 2026 result on natboard.edu.in after the exam, which is tentatively set for 11 and 12 December 2026. The 2025 result came on 23 January 2026, four weeks after the exam, so the 2026 result is expected in January 2027. You qualify by reaching the qualifying percentile in your question paper group.

How to Check the NEET SS Result 2026
- Go to natboard.edu.in and open the NEET-SS 2026 result notice.
- Open the result link in the notice to see the group-wise result and qualifying marks.
- For your scorecard, log in to the applicant portal with your User ID and password once scorecards are released.
- Download the scorecard and keep printed copies for MCC counselling and admission.
Scorecards stay downloadable for only six months and are not sent by post or email. In 2025 they came on 2 February 2026, ten days after the result.
What will the NEET SS 2026 scorecard show?
The scorecard shows your score and your rank in each question paper group you took. Where your MBBS aggregate percentage was used to break a tie, the scorecard mentions it.
What is the expected NEET SS 2026 cut off?
NEET SS cut offs are group-wise: you must reach the qualifying percentile of your question paper group, set at the 50th percentile in the bulletin. The table shows the latest qualifying marks (2025, official NBEMS notices) as a reference for 2026.

The 30th percentile column comes from the NBEMS notice of 22 September 2026, issued after a Supreme Court order and a Health Ministry letter. The 50th percentile marks are from the result notice of 23 January 2026.
How is the NEET SS 2026 rank decided?
NBEMS makes a separate merit list for each question paper group, strictly by marks, with no scaling or normalisation. Ties are broken in this order, as per the latest bulletin:
- Fewer wrong answers in the whole paper.
- Fewer wrong answers in Section A, then Section B, then Section C.
- Higher aggregate percentage in all MBBS professional exams.
- Older candidate ranks higher.
What happens after the NEET SS 2026 result?
Qualified candidates register for the common super specialty counselling run by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) at mcc.nic.in. You can choose any course in the groups you qualified in for which your PG specialty is an eligible feeder, and seats go by group-wise rank.
Keep the mobile number and email ID used in your NEET SS application, because MCC uses the same ones. The seat matrix and counselling schedule are published only by MCC.
