What does the UUHF Entrance Exam result show?
The result is a rank-wise merit list; your rank in it decides when you are called for counselling.
How is the UUHF merit list prepared?
Admission is strictly on UET merit. The Admissions Committee fixes the qualifying cut-off marks after the rank-wise list is ready, and no fixed qualifying percentage is published in advance.
- UG weightage: 5% of your marks for a rural Uttarakhand background or for an agriculturist family, or 2% for state-level sports. You can claim only one.
- Masters weightage: 2% for sports or for an NCC B certificate, only one.
- Ties at UG are broken by marks in Physics and Chemistry, then by age (older first). At Masters and Ph.D., the older candidate ranks higher.
- Vertical reservation in 2026 was SC 19%, ST 4% and OBC 14%, with 10% EWS seats over and above; 30% horizontal reservation goes to female candidates of Uttarakhand.
VCSG UUHF does not publish cut-off marks or closing ranks, so no cut-off figures are available for earlier years.
Can I see my UUHF answer sheet?
Yes. The answer sheet can be shown to you after the test on payment of Rs 500. UET records are kept for only six months, so ask soon after the result.
