The Assam CEE 2027 result is the rank card ASTU publishes on astu.ac.in after the final answer key. It is expected in June 2027; the 2026 result came on 26 June 2026. Ranks are based on total marks out of 480, and DTE Assam then uses them for B.Tech counselling.

How to Check the Assam CEE 2027 Result
- Go to astu.ac.in and open the CEE 2027 rank card link.
- Log in on the application portal with your application form number, user name or mobile number, and password.
- Download your rank card and the copy of your OMR sheet.
- Print several copies for counselling and admission.
Rank cards are available only online. ASTU does not send them by post.

How is the Assam CEE merit rank decided?
Your rank is based on total marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. When two or more candidates have the same total, ASTU breaks the tie in this order:
- Higher marks in Mathematics
- Higher marks in Physics
- Higher marks in Chemistry
- Date of birth
- Alphabetical order of name
OMR sheets are checked only by computer, so there is no re-checking or re-evaluation.
What happens after the Assam CEE 2027 result?
After the result, the State Council for Technical Education, DTE Assam, runs B.Tech counselling on its online portal, expected from July 2027. In 2026 it ran from July to a spot round in September.
- Register on the DTE Assam B.Tech portal before the deadline.
- Fill your choices of colleges and branches. The branches open to you depend on your Class 12 subjects.
- Seats are allotted by rank, category and choices over several rounds.
- Get your documents verified, including your PRC, Class 12 marksheet and category or NCL certificate.
- Report to the allotted college and pay the fee to confirm the seat.
