The CA Intermediate admit card for January 2027 will be hosted by ICAI on eservices.icai.org, generally 14 days before the exam, so it is expected in the second half of December 2026. Group I starts on 2 January 2027 and Group II on 8 January. No admit card is sent by post.

How to download the CA Inter admit card January 2027?
You download the admit card from your dashboard on the ICAI Self Service Portal once ICAI hosts it. Only candidates who submit the exam form by 19 November 2026 will get one.
- Go to eservices.icai.org.
- Log in with your username ([email protected]) and password.
- Open the admit card link for the Intermediate Examination January 2027 on your dashboard.
- Check every detail on the admit card.
- Print it, together with the Instructions to Examinees, and keep a spare copy.

What details are printed on the CA Inter admit card?
The admit card carries your photo and signature and your exam details. ICAI asks you to verify your name, registration number, centre, medium and group as soon as you print it.

What to carry on CA Intermediate exam day?
Carry the printed admit card to every paper; it is your entry pass to the exam hall.

- A permitted calculator (up to 6 functions, 12 digits, two memories; no scientific calculator)
- A copy of the PDF exam form generated after payment, in case of any query
CA Intermediate Exam-day Rules
These rules are from ICAI’s latest Intermediate guidance notes and the January 2027 announcement.
- Reading time of 15 minutes starts at 1:45 PM; papers run from 2 PM to 5 PM.
- Mobile phones and other gadgets are banned in the hall. Even a switched-off phone counts as unfair means.
- In Papers 3 and 6, write Section A and Section B answers in the two separate answer books given for them.
- Write your roll number only in the space given and do not write any symbol or mark in the answer book.
- The schedule will not change even if an exam day is declared a public holiday.
