BCECEB did not publish an answer key for DECE (LE) 2026: the exam on 17 May 2026 was followed directly by rank cards in early June. For DECE (LE) 2027, with the exam expected in May 2027, watch bceceboard.bihar.gov.in for any answer key notice. Otherwise your result comes only as a rank card.

How to Check Your DECE LE 2027 Answers
- Keep a note of the answers you marked, since the OMR sheet stays at the centre.
- After the exam, open bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and check the DECE [LE] notice board.
- If an answer key or objection notice is posted, download it and compare it with your answers.
- If no key is posted, wait for the rank card, which is your official result.
Can you challenge the DECE LE answer key?
No objection window was offered in 2026, because BCECEB did not release a key. If it publishes a key with an objection window for 2027, follow the fee and deadline in that notice. The prospectus also says applications for re-evaluation or re-totalling of answer sheets are not accepted.
How is your DECE LE rank worked out?
Your rank is based on your total marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The 2026 prospectus does not state the marks per question or any negative marking, so a raw score estimate may not match the official one.

What happens after the DECE LE exam?
In 2026 BCECEB issued rank cards by 4 June 2026, about two and a half weeks after the exam, and online counselling started with choice filling on 25 June. The 2027 rank cards are expected in June 2027.
