NBEMS will declare the FMGE October 2026 result by 30 November 2026 on natboard.edu.in. The result is Pass or Fail, and you pass with at least 150 out of 300 marks. Scorecards are downloaded with your login and stay online for six months. Qualified candidates collect the FMGE Pass Certificate in person.

How to Check the FMGE October 2026 Result
- Go to natboard.edu.in once the result is declared (due by 30 November 2026).
- Open the FMGE October 2026 result notice and the digitally signed result PDF linked in it.
- For your scorecard, log in to your FMGE applicant account with your User ID and password.
- Download the scorecard and save a copy.
Download it early: scorecards are online for only six months from the result, and NBEMS does not send them by email.
What is the expected FMGE October 2026 cut off?
FMGE has a fixed pass mark rather than a changing cut off, and it is the same for every category (2026, official FMGE October 2026 bulletin).

There is no separate pass mark for Part I or Part II, and no grace marks. Questions found technically wrong after review are awarded to everyone, as NBEMS did for June 2026.
Can you challenge FMGE questions or see the answer key?
Yes, you can challenge a question for technical errors, with supporting medical literature, within two days of the exam, that is by 2 November 2026. Challenges go through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal from your registered email ID. Claims about difficulty level are not accepted.
NBEMS publishes the answer key in your applicant login, showing question IDs, correct answer IDs, your responses and the score for each question. There is no re-evaluation, rechecking or re-totalling.
What is on the FMGE scorecard?
The scorecard shows your total marks and whether you passed. Part-wise marks are not published.
What to do after the FMGE October 2026 result?
If you pass, collect your FMGE Pass Certificate in person, then apply for registration with the NMC or a State Medical Council.
- NBEMS publishes a schedule for in-person collection, tentatively within four weeks of the result.
- Verification includes your documents, finger biometrics and Face ID; the entry slip lists the documents to bring.
- Register with the Pass Certificate. The scorecard cannot be used in its place.
- If you do not pass, you can apply again; the next session is expected in January or February 2027.
