GPAT Admit Card 2027: Release Date, Download

The GPAT 2027 admit card will be released by NBEMS at natboard.edu.in a few days before the exam. NBEMS has not announced 2027 dates yet. In 2026 the admit card came on 2 March for the 7 March exam, so the 2027 admit card is expected in March 2027. A test city slip comes first.

How to Download the GPAT 2027 Admit Card

You download the GPAT admit card from your applicant login at natboard.edu.in. It is not sent by post or email.

Go to natboard.edu.in and open the GPAT page.
Log in with your User ID or application ID and password.
Open the admit card link and check every detail.
Download it and take a colour printout. The barcode or QR code must be clear.

What details are printed on the GPAT 2027 admit card?

The admit card shows your identity and test centre details.

Name, photograph and signature
Roll number and application ID
Test centre name and address
Exam date and reporting time
Exam day instructions

If anything is wrong, raise it with NBEMS through the Communication Web Portal on natboard.edu.in before the exam.

What documents should you carry to the GPAT 2027 exam?

You must carry a colour printout of the admit card and one original, valid government photo ID.

Colour printout of the barcode or QR code admit card
One original photo ID such as Aadhaar (or a clear colour e-Aadhaar print), PAN card, passport, voter ID or driving licence
PwD certificate from the competent authority, if you claim a scribe or extra time

The name on your photo ID must match the admit card. If your name has changed, bring the supporting document, such as a gazette notification or marriage certificate.

What are the GPAT 2027 exam day rules?

Reach early: in 2026, entry opened at 7:00 AM and closed at 8:30 AM for the 9:00 AM exam.

Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, earphones and other electronic devices are banned.
Wallets, bags, belts, caps, goggles, jewellery, food and water bottles are not allowed inside.
No pen, pencil or rough paper is allowed or provided at the centre.
Keep your admit card and photo ID with you throughout the exam.

What is the test city slip for GPAT?

NBEMS sends the test city intimation a few days before the admit card. In 2026 it came on 24 February. It shows only your exam city, not the centre.

Can I change my GPAT exam centre after the admit card?

No. NBEMS allots the centre in the city you chose in the form. Changes are made only if NBEMS itself shifts a city for unforeseen reasons.

Will I get the GPAT admit card by post?

No. The admit card is only available online in your applicant login at natboard.edu.in.

Is a black and white printout of the GPAT admit card allowed?

NBEMS asks for a printed colour copy of the barcode or QR code admit card. Carry a colour print to avoid trouble at entry.
