How to calculate the scores using the GPAT 2020 Answer Key?
Candidates can calculate the expected GPAT 2020 score with the help of answer key and marking scheme. Examinees can cross-check the response sheet with answer key. For each correct answer candidates can award 4 marks and -1 for each incorrect answer.
- Count the number of correct and number of wrong answers
- Then put the total no of correct and incorrect answer is given below formula:
GPAT 2020 scores = 4 X (no. of correct answers) – 1 X (no. of wrong answers)
How to Download GPAT 2020 Answer Key?
Candidates can only download GPAT answer key 2020 online, from the login. The process to download it is as follows:
Step 1 – Click on any of the link above.
- If candidates click on application number and date of birth link, then a login as shown below appears.
- If candidates click on application number and password link, then a login as shown below is displayed.
Step 2 – Candidates have to access these login by entering the correct credentials and security pin.
Step 3 – Lastly, the candidates need to click on the blue “Sign In” button and download GPAT 2020 answer key from the login.
How to Challenge GPAT 2020 Answer Key?
NTA provides an opportunity to the candidate to submit objection against GPAT answer key. The steps to challange the answer keys are as follows:
Step 1: Access the official webiste of GPAT 2020, gpat.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the button displayed on the home screen that says “challange answer key”.
Step 3: Login with your application number and date of birth / password and enter security pin as displayed and then click on submit button.
Step 4: The you can check the 125 question IDs along with pption IDs and the correct option IDs, they are in sequential order. The pption IDs next to the question ID under the column ‘Correct option(s)/answer’ is correct answer key. If you want to challange the same, you may select one or multiple Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking in the check box.
Step 5: You can upload the proof for your claim. To do so combine all the proofs as a single PDF file nad upload the same using the ‘Choose File’ option.
Step 6: After clicking your desired option, scroll down, ‘submit your claim’ and move to the next screen. You can see a display of all the option IDs which you want to challenge.
Step 7: Click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’.
The fee for challange is Rs.1,000/- for each question challenged and the mode of application fee payment is online only using debit card, credit card and net banking.
Note: Once NTA receives all the objections, then group of experts to look into the objections that have received to them. After that NTA will release the Final Answer Key in the PDF form, which cannot be further challenged.
GPAT 2020 Question Paper and Response Sheet
NTA (National Testing Agency) also releases the GPAT question paper and response sheet on gpat.nta.nic.in. Candidates can use the answer Key and response sheet to estimate the score for the exam. GPAT question paper can be used to cross-check the responses made by the candidate for the particular question. Candidates can download the question paper and response sheet by using their application number and password / date of birth.
GPAT 2020 Cut-off Marks
After getting Raw score, candidates can check their result on the bases of previous year Cutoff marks. Cutoff marks are included in the GPAT 2020 merit list for admission. The cut off marks are decided bases on several factors. Candidates can check below the cutoff marks from last year:

GPAT 2020 Result
GPAT 2020 result shall be announced on the official website after the release of GPAT 2020 final Answer key. Candidates have to check and download their result by login into the official website. Candidates need to enter his/her application number and password/ Date of birth. Result of GPAT 2020 is available in the form of a scorecard. There shall be no provision for re-valuation/re-checking of the score. After the declaration of the result, merit list is released by the NTA based on the score of candidates in GPAT.

Till 2018, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is conducting the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), but now National Test Agency is conducting GPAT in online mode from 2019 onward. NTA was established by the Ministry of of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India to conduct entrance examinations for admission in higher institutions.
