How to Check GPAT 2026 Result?

NBEMS released the GPAT 2026 result in two formats: a result/cutoff notice and a merit list PDF (with qualified roll numbers). Individual scorecards became available from 15 April 2026 via candidate login. Steps to check the result are below.

  1. Visit the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in.
  2. Go to the Notice Board or examinations section and click on the link titled “Result of GPAT 2026 Declared”.
  3. The official notice (PDF) will open. To find your Roll Number or Application ID in the qualified list, press Ctrl + F and type your Roll Number.
  4. To download your individual scorecard (from 15 April 2026 onwards), log in to the applicant portal with your User ID/Application Number and Password/Date of Birth.
  5. Click on Download Scorecard or View Result.
  6. Verify all personal details, total score, percentile, All India Rank, and qualifying status.
  7. Download and print your scorecard for future reference and counselling.

GPAT 2026 Tie-Breaking Criteria

If two or more candidates obtained the same score in GPAT 2026, NBEMS used the following tie-breaking criteria in order:

  1. Candidates with fewer negative responses are given a higher rank.
  2. If the tie persists, the older candidate is placed higher in the merit list.
  3. Next, the candidate with higher marks in Class XII (12th), as per their application details, is ranked above.
  4. Finally, if needed, the candidate with higher marks in Class X (10th) is given preference.

What After GPAT 2026 Result?

Once the GPAT 2026 result is declared, qualified candidates proceed as follows:

  • Counselling and Admission: NBEMS has no role in counselling. The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and participating institutions handle admissions to M. Pharm and Ph.D. courses based on GPAT rank and percentile.
  • Scholarship: PCI handles the disbursement of scholarships for M. Pharm courses based on GPAT scores.
  • Document Verification: Candidates must produce original documents (educational, category, disability, etc.) during counselling.
  • Validity: The GPAT 2026 score is valid for three years from the date of result declaration (07 April 2026).
  • Important: Qualifying GPAT 2026 does not guarantee a seat; it makes candidates eligible to participate in the counselling and admission process.
