HPCET Admit Card 2027: Date, Download Steps

The HPCET admit card 2027 is expected in May 2027, a few days before the exam. HPTU puts the e-admit card on himtu.ac.in, and you download it with your application form number and date of birth. You cannot sit the test without a print of it signed by the Controller of Examinations.

Latest (28 August 2026): HPTU-affiliated colleges held institution-level spot rounds for vacant 2026-27 seats on 28 and 29 August 2026. HPCET 2027 dates are not out yet; the exam is expected in May 2027.

How to Download the HPCET 2027 Admit Card

Go to the HPTU website (himtu.ac.in) when the HPCET 2027 e-admit card link is announced.
Open the admit card link for your course.
Enter your application form number and date of birth.
Check that the card shows your photograph, the exam centre and the date, and that it is signed by the Controller of Examinations.
Print it on A4 paper using the print option, so every detail and the photo are clear.

If any detail is wrong, tell the Controller of Examinations, HPTU, Daruhi, Hamirpur at once ([email protected], 01972-226908, 226910, 226999).

What details are printed on the HPCET 2027 admit card?

The e-admit card shows your admit card number, photograph, exam centre address and exam date, and carries the Controller of Examinations’ signature.

What should you carry to the HPCET exam centre?

The printed e-admit card, signed by the Controller of Examinations.
A photo ID proof such as an Aadhaar card.
Good quality black or blue ball point pens.
A clipboard or cardboard with nothing written on it, to fill the OMR sheet.
A geometry box, pencils and an eraser, if you need them.

What are the HPCET exam day rules?

Report at least half an hour before the exam; the hall opens 30 minutes before the start.
Calculators, mobile phones, log tables, electronic watches, printed or written material and bags are not allowed inside.
Attempt only the subjects you chose in your form; a wrong subject combination can cancel your candidature.
Do not fold or damage the OMR sheet, and hand it to the invigilator before you leave.
You may take the question booklet home after the exam.

In 2026 the B.Tech and B.Pharmacy paper ran from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM; the 2027 timings will be on your admit card.

Is the HPCET admit card sent by post?

No. HPTU only puts the e-admit card on its website; you download and print it yourself.

What do I need to download the HPCET admit card?

Your HPCET application form number and your date of birth, as the HPTU brochure states.

Should I keep the HPCET admit card after the exam?

Yes. The brochure calls it an important document to preserve, so keep the print safe until admission is complete.

Can I change my HPCET exam centre?

Only on genuine grounds and with approval. In 2026 HPTU charged Rs 2,000 for each centre change request.
