BCECEB did not release an official answer key for ITICAT-2026: none of its 13 notices for that year offered a key or an objection window. For the 2027 exam, expected in May 2027, you can estimate your marks from unofficial keys at 2 marks per right answer, then wait for the rank card.

How to Check the Bihar ITICAT Answer Key 2027
First check whether BCECEB posts an official key; if it does not, use unofficial keys only as an estimate.
- After the exam, open the ITICAT page on bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and check the latest notices for an answer key.
- If there is no official key, look for answer keys shared by coaching teachers after the exam. Treat them as unofficial.
- Note down the answers you marked as soon as you leave the exam hall, while you remember them.
- Match your answers with the key and count the correct ones.
- Work out your estimated score, then wait for the official rank card.
Can you challenge the Bihar ITICAT answer key?
No objection process was offered for ITICAT-2026. The prospectus also says OMR answer sheets are not re-evaluated or re-totalled, and no application for this is accepted.
How do you calculate your Bihar ITICAT score?
Multiply your correct answers by 2. Wrong and unattempted answers lose nothing.
- Correct answer: +2 marks
- Wrong answer: 0 (no negative marking)
- Unattempted: 0
- Maximum: 150 questions x 2 = 300 marks
For example, 110 correct answers give 220 out of 300. Your rank, not your raw score, decides your ITI and trade at counselling.
