The Bihar ITICAT 2026 Application Form was released on 16 March 2026 and the last date (after extension) was 25 April 2026 for form submission and 26 April 2026 for fee payment. Applications were accepted only in online mode at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The application fee was ₹750 for General / OBC / EBC candidates, ₹100 for SC/ST, and ₹430 for PwD candidates.
