Does JCECEB publish a PECE syllabus?
No. The PECE prospectus only says the paper has Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics questions at Matric (Class 10) level, 50 marks each. There is no separate topic-wise syllabus PDF, so the Class 9 and 10 textbooks (NCERT, also used by the Jharkhand Academic Council) are your syllabus.

What is the PECE 2027 exam pattern and marking scheme?
PECE has 150 multiple choice questions, 50 each in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, answered on an OMR sheet in 2 hours 30 minutes. Questions are in both Hindi and English.

You get 1 mark for each correct answer and lose 0.25 marks for each wrong one. Marking two or more options for a question counts as wrong. Mathematics marks also matter for ties: if totals are equal, the student with more maths marks ranks higher.

How should I prepare for Jharkhand Polytechnic 2027?
