KIITEE 2019 – Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) has announced the result for KIITEE 2019. Candidates can check their result online at kiitee.kiit.ac.in. The entrance exam was conducted on April 30, 2019, at 69 test cities. Candidates are offered admission in various UG and PG courses on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam. It is a university level exam held in online mode. Qualifiers in the entrance exam will be then eligible to take part in the KIITEE 2019 Counselling. KIITEE 2019 Result

KIIT University Entrance Exam 2019 Results can be checked online. The result for KIITEE 2019 indicates the performance of the candidate in the entrance exam and includes details such as marks and rank. The basis of determining merit is as per norms of the University and differs for each programme. To check the result, candidates will be required to enter their Application Number and Date of Birth.

  • Merit list of KIITEE 2019 Result is published separately for each course. Candidate can check his / her rank obtained in the course-specific merit list.

KIITEE 2019 Counselling

Counseling and seat allotment are the processes wherein KIITEE qualified candidates are able to specify preference of seats and are allotted seats on basis of their merit and preference. For KIITEE 2019, KIITEE 2019 Counselling will be done in the first, second, and third weeks of June.

  • Admission in the desired programme will be done on the basis of the result of KIITEE 2019 subject to the candidate’s fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
  • Counseling schedule, details of seat allotment will be explained in detail in the KIIT University counseling website once the results are announced.

KIITEE 2019 Admit Card

The admit card is made available for download after Slot booking is done for KIITEE 2019. However, if a candidate does not receive the admit card, they must inform the university. The candidates can download the admit card by online mode only. No printed admit card is sent to the candidates. To download it, you need to log in using the Application Number and Date of Birth. Candidates not having the admit card are allowed to sit for the exam. KIIT University has also made it clear that candidates must preserve the admit card until the admission process ends. Such is because it is needed during counselling and final admission.

KIITEE 2019

KIITEE 2019 Slot Booking

Once registered, the candidates can move on to slot booking of KIITEE 2019. The examination is being held in a window of multiple days. So, the candidates need to book a test date and time and that is called as the slot booking of KIITEE. To book the slot, the candidates need to access the link above and do the booking from the portal by entering application number and date of birth.

Only those candidates get admit card who do the booking on time. The KIITEE Slot Booking 2019 is done on the first-come-first-served basis and the slot once booked cannot be changed.

KIITEE 2019 Test Centers

At the time of filling in details in the KIITEE 2019 Application Form, the aspirants will have to select the test center. The list of test cities at which the KIITEEE 2019 entrance exam will be conducted will be available in the drop-down menu. The candidates need to give at least two (02) preference for the test city. KIITEE 2019 Syllabus

To prepare for any entrance exam it is important to know its syllabus. KIITEE is a single entrance exam which gateway for admission to various UG and PG courses in KIIT University. KIITEE 2019 Exam Pattern

KIITEE 2019 is a computer-based test which will consist of MCQ type questions. The questions will be in English language only. The candidates who will be preparing for the KIITEE 2019 entrance exam must ensure that they know the exam pattern of the course for which they are applying for. KIITEE 2019 Application Form

Students can apply for the entrance exam through online mode only. The aspirants can apply for two or more programs through a single application form. Candidates need to fill in details such as Personal Information, Academic Qualification Details, Communication Details, etc. After submitting the details, the candidates will receive the login credentials at their registered email id and mobile number and submit it before the last date.

  • Application Fee for KIITEE 2019: The students do not have to pay any amount of the application fee for KIITEE 2019.

KIITEE Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses

For B.Tech – The Candidates applying for B.Tech Course should fulfill the following criteria.

  1. Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination in the year 2017, 2018 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2019
  2. Should have studied in regular full-time formal education in their schooling/college.
  3. Should have obtained at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together
  4. For admission in B.Tech & M.Tech.(Dual Degree) Biotechnology, the candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.
  5. The students should have born on or after July 01, 1998. 

For B.Tech.-LE

  1. Pass in three years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state

  1. Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and English(PCBE) with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
  2. Lower age should be 17 years as on December 31, 2019, and upper age limit should be maximum 35 years as on December 31, 2019

For B.A.LL.B/BBA LL.B/B.Sc LL.B

  1. Should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream with 45% marks.
  2. For B.Sc. LL.B candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent in the science stream with at least 45% marks
  3. The students should not have completed 22 years of age as on July 01, 2019.

For BBA 

  1. The students must have passed the 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% marks and having Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Economics/Statistics as one of the subjects in 10+2 level.
  2. Should have born on or after July 01, 1998.

For BCA

  1. Should Pass in 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% marks and having Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2 level.

A student who has passed IB Diploma from International Baccalaureate Organization, Geneva, Switzerland are eligible to take admission in all the courses where 10+2 is the eligibility qualification. Furthermore, Other criteria of the eligibility remain as applicable.

KIITEE Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses

For MCA

  1. Should have completed Graduation with minimum 50% marks in graduation or equivalent having mathematics either in 10+2 or graduation level as one of the subjects.
  2. Candidate should have been born on or after July 01, 1995.

For M.Tech

  1. Should possess a  B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent Degree (e.g. AMIE, GRADE-IETE etc) in respective branches of Engineering and Technology with a First Class or equivalent CGPA or First Class MCA/First Class M.Sc. in (Comp/IT/ETC)
  2. The candidates can also apply through GATE score. The GATE qualified candidates having Score 400 or above need not sit in the Entrance Examination.

For MCA (Lateral Entry)

  1. Should have passed or will be appearing in 2019, for the bachelor’s Degree examination of minimum three years duration in BCA, B.Sc(IT/Computer Science) from any university or from a recognized university as defined by UGC\and must have passed in Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level. Business Mathematics at +2 level are not permitted.
  2. The candidate should have obtained at least 50% (at qualifying Examination)
  3. Candidate should have born on or after July 01, 1995.

For M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Applied Microbiology)

  1. Shoudl possess a Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science/ Agriculture/ Pharmacy/ Veterinary/ Engineering/ Technology/ Medicine (MBBS/BDS) with at least 55% marks.
  2. Candidate should have been born on or after July 01, 1995

For LL.M

  1. The Candidate should have passed B.A.LLB/ BBA LLB/ B.Sc.LLB/ B.L, degree or an equivalent degree from the recognized university
  2. Furthermore, the candidate must have secured at least 55% of marks in aggregate in the degree examination

For M.Sc Nursing

  1. Candidate should be a registered Nurse or Registered midwife or equivalent with any state Nursing Registration Council.
  2. The candidates must have passed the B.Sc.Nursing/B.Sc.Hons.Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with Minimum of 55% aggregate marks (5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates)
  3. The candidate should have undergone B.Sc.Nursing/B.Sc.Hons.Nursing/ Post Basic  B.Sc.Nursing in an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
  4. Should have a minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc Nursing.
  5. The Candidate should be medically fit.

For M.Sc in Computer Science – Candidates must have B.Sc degree in Computer Science / IT /Mathematics /Electronics /Physics /Chemistry /BCA with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

For MA in Economics – The candidate must have passed in Graduation or equivalent with one subject as Economics / Maths / Statistics with at least 50% mark.

For MA in English – The candidate must have passed in Graduation or equivalent with at least 50% mark.

For MA in Sociology – The candidate must have passed in Graduation or equivalent with at least 50% mark.

For Master of Public Health – The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any Health Science discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

For Master of Hospital Administration – Candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree in MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS BNYS/BPT/BSc Nursing (Basic or Post Basic)/BPharm/BSc in Allied Health Sciences/ Bachelor degree in Arts/Commerce/Science/Law from a recognized university with min. 50% marks aggregate.

For M.A.(Yoga Therapy) – Candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Commerce/Science/Law from a recognized university with min. 50% marks aggregate.

For M.Com – The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Management or Commerce from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

For Integrated Dual Degree Msc-PhD Programme – B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. Students possessing Bachelor’s Degree with Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics as one of the main subjects or Engineering graduates with a strong aptitude for the above areas with min. 60% marks aggregate are eligible to apply. Students who are in the final year of graduation can also apply for KIITEE 2019.

KIITEE Eligibility Criteria for Research Programme

For Ph.D: Candidate having M.Tech/ME/ MCA/MBA or equivalent Degree with minimum 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA or M.Sc/MA/M.Com/LLM or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent.
