KMAT Kerala previous year question papers from 2015 to 2026 (except 2022) are free to download here, 17 session-wise papers, and the 9 papers from 2020 onwards are CEE Kerala’s answer keys with the correct option marked for every question. KMAT is a 3-hour computer-based test of 180 questions for 720 marks with +4 and −1 marking, so the 2026 Session 1 and Session 2 papers are the best match for Session 1 expected in February 2027.

How the KMAT Kerala Paper Changed (2015–2026)
- 2015 to 2019: 180 questions across English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and GK. The February 2018 test was a 2 hour 30 minute OMR exam run by the Admission Supervisory Committee, with +4 and −1 marking.
- 2020 onwards: the papers here are CEE Kerala’s answer keys, with every question and its correct option. The 2021 bulletin set the pattern still used: 180 questions, 720 marks, 3 hours, +4 and −1.
- Now: a computer-based test in two sessions a year. Older papers are good section practice, but skip their GK questions, which are out of date.
How to Use KMAT Kerala Previous Year Papers?
- Work at one minute a question. 180 questions in 3 hours is 60 seconds each. English and Quantitative Aptitude have 50 questions each, so give them about 50 minutes apiece.
- Know what a guess is worth. With +4 and −1, a blind guess among four options averages +0.25 marks. Ruling out one option raises that to about +0.67, so guess once you can drop one choice.
- Solve 2026, 2025 and 2024 first, because they are CEE Kerala’s final keys in the current pattern. Then use the 2020, 2021 and 2023 papers, keeping in mind that some of those keys are provisional.
- Refresh GK from recent months. General Knowledge and Current Affairs carries 160 marks. The 2015 to 2019 GK questions show the style but not the events, so add current affairs from the last year.
- Plan for February 2027. The Session 1 notice is expected in December 2026, so about three months remain. A full paper every week covers the nine papers with answers before the test.

How many questions are there in KMAT Kerala?
180 objective questions for 720 marks in 3 hours: 50 in English, 50 in Quantitative Aptitude, 40 in Data Sufficiency and Logical Reasoning, and 40 in GK and Current Affairs.
Is there negative marking in KMAT Kerala?
Yes. A correct answer gets 4 marks and 1 mark is cut for a wrong one. Nothing is cut for a question you leave.
Which KMAT Kerala papers have answers?
Every paper from 2020 onwards is a CEE Kerala answer key. The 2023 Session 1, 2024, 2025 and 2026 keys are final; the 2020, 2021 and 2023 Session 2 keys are provisional. Papers from 2015 to 2019 have no answers.
Is the KMAT Kerala 2022 paper available?
No. A verified copy of the 2022 paper is not available, so use the 2021 and 2023 papers instead.
How many times is KMAT Kerala held in a year?
Twice. In 2026 Session 1 was on 22 February and Session 2 on 31 May. Both 2026 papers are here.
Is KMAT Kerala the same as KMAT Karnataka?
No. KMAT Kerala is run by CEE Kerala for MBA admission in Kerala. KMAT Karnataka is a different exam for MBA, PGDM and MCA seats in Karnataka, and a score from one is not used for the other.
