MAT Result December 2026: Date, Scorecard Download, Cut Off

The MAT December 2026 result is expected by the first week of January 2027, after the PBT on 20 December and the CBT on 27 December 2026. You download the scorecard from the applicant dashboard at mat.aima.in. It shows five section scores, a composite score on a 200 to 800 scale and percentiles.

How to Check the MAT December 2026 Result

You check the result by logging in to your MAT applicant dashboard once AIMA declares it.

1. Open the MAT applicant login.
2. Log in with your registered email ID and password, or with an OTP.
3. Open the scorecard link for the December 2026 session.
4. Check your section scores, composite score and percentiles.
5. Download and save the scorecard for institute applications.

What does the MAT December 2026 scorecard show?

The scorecard has six scores, each with a percentile figure that shows the share of all MAT candidates who scored below you.

• A score for each of the five sections, on a 0 to 100 scale.
• A composite score on a 200 to 800 scale, with equal weight for all five sections.
• Scores are equated across sessions, so they are comparable from one MAT session to another but not with other tests.

Is there a MAT December 2026 cut off?

There is no common MAT cut off. AIMA only issues scores, and each participating B-school sets its own cut-off score or percentile for shortlisting. Check the admission notice of each institute on the official MAT participating B-schools list.

What happens after the MAT December 2026 result?

AIMA sends your score to the institutes you chose at registration: up to 5, or 7 if you took both modes. There is no central MAT counselling.

• Apply to each institute separately under its own admission process.
• Shortlisted candidates go through the institute’s own rounds, such as a group discussion and personal interview.
• Your MAT score is valid for one year.
• If you want to improve your score, you can take a later session, such as the one expected in February 2027.
