MCAER PG CET 2018 will be held by Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board (MAUEB) for admissions in various postgraduate programmes in the field of agriculture in State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) of Maharashtra. PG CET 2018 Examination Programme is scheduled to be held on March 23, 24 and 25, 2018. Interested candidates have to fill an online application form. The application process for the same has been started and candidate can apply until January 06, 2018. The Examination will be conducted for 200 marks. The admission will be given on the basis of merit formulated by considering weightage of 70% of the CET score and 30% of the CGPA of the student. MCAER PG CET 2018 Application Form

Candidates who are eligible for MCAER PG CET 2018 exam can apply for PG CET 2018 from the link provided below. Last date for Submission of application form is January 06, 2018. In the online application form, the applicant need to fill up their Personal Details, Educational Qualification, and necessary information. Also, applicants need to upload their Photograph and Signature as per the specifications. The candidate can apply for more than one CET through the single application form. However, for payment is to be paid for each CET if applied for more than one. After submitting Online Application Form, the candidate should take a printout of Acknowledgement. Candidate need not require to send the hard copy of the application form.

Application Fee

The applicant need to pay the application fee through online mode only. No separate challan is required for each CET. The student wishes to appear for more than one CET, acknowledgement indicates the Exam Fees that will be in the multiple of number of CETs the student has applied for. The candidate need to pay the following amount per CET of the application fee charges through challan.

MCAER PG CET Admit Card 2018

The candidates whose applications will be accepted would be able to download the admit card once the admit card is released online on the official website. As per the official notice Admit card will be avaialble for download from March 12, 2018. Candidates need to take a printout of their admit card and carry it along with a valid proof to the exam centre.

Exam Pattern for MCAER PG CET

The Examination will be conducted for 200 marks. The question booklet will contain 200 questions of objective nature along with answers in the form of 4 alternatives. There will not be any choice or option for questions

There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.

Examination Centres

The examination centres for conduct of the CET are given in the Table below. The candidate may choose any one centre convenient to him / her. However, the right of allotment of the centre is reserved by the Board.

MCAER PG CET 2018 Result

The result of MCAER PG CET 2018 will be announced on April 13, 2018. The merit list will have candidate’s application no. and marks scored out of 100. The admissions in MCAER PG admissions will be given on the basis of merit which might consider 70% weightage MCAER PG CET 2018 and 30% weightage of candidate’s CGPA score. The candidates with their names in the merit list can appear for the counselling process.

MCAER PG CET 2018 Counselling

The postgraduate admissions will be based on merit as per the marks obtained in CET exam. The notification will be issued by Maharashtra Council of Agriculture Education and Research on their official website. Seat allotment will be as per the merit of the candidate. Candidates may have to visit their allotted institute once they have secured a seat in that institute along with their scorecard and other necessary documents.
