What does the MCAER PG CET 2027 syllabus cover?
Each CET subject tests the complete theory courses of its main UG degree, as per the ICAR Fifth Deans’ Committee curriculum approved by DICC. Where graduates of other degrees may also sit the paper, 80% of questions come from the main degree and 20% from the other eligible degrees.

What is the MCAER PG CET 2027 exam pattern and marking scheme?
Every CET subject has the same pattern: 200 multiple-choice questions with four options, 1 mark each, in 2 hours on an OMR sheet. There is no negative marking, and an answer once marked cannot be changed.

How should I prepare for MCAER PG CET 2027?
- Print the annexure for your CET subject and tick off each course as you revise it.
- Spend time in proportion to weightage. In Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Botany and Horticulture together give 70 questions.
- Revise the 20% share from other degrees too; in Agri-Business Management it is 40%.
- Attempt every question, since there is no negative marking.
- Practise with the MCAER PG CET previous year question papers and time yourself at 200 questions in 2 hours.
