The NATA 2027 sample paper is a free practice paper for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture. Use it to practise both parts: Part A drawing and composition (80 marks) and Part B aptitude with 50 questions (120 marks) in 3 hours. The Council of Architecture does not release sample papers, so this is an AglaSem paper.

What pattern should a NATA practice paper follow?
Practise to the 2026 pattern: three drawing tasks in 90 minutes for 80 marks (composition and colour, black-and-white sketching, 3D composition), then 42 MCQs and 8 NCQs in 90 minutes for 120 marks.
How should I use the NATA sample paper?
- Finish the NATA syllabus topics before you take the full paper.
- Do Part A on paper in 90 minutes with only pencils, erasers, dry colours and a 15 cm scale.
- Do Part B in one 90-minute stretch, giving each question less than 2 minutes.
- Mark every question you guessed and revise those areas before your next paper.
Sample paper or previous year papers: which should I solve?
Solve both. The sample paper is good for early practice, while the NATA previous year question papers show the real level and style of NATA questions.
