NEET MDS 2020 Result
NBE has declared NEET MDS 2020 result in the form of PDF and also under the respective logins of the candidates as scorecards. Candidates can check their NEET MDS 2020 ranks, score out of 960 and their roll number in the pdf file. To download the score card of NEET MDS 2020, candidates have to use their user ID and password.
Later merit list for candidates who qualify the NEET MDS 2020 cutoff is published. There are the below given types of ranks that the candidates can check on their NEET MDS 2020 meritlist:
- NEET-MDS 2020 rank: This is the overall merit position of the candidate amongst all the candidates who have appeared in the NEET MDS 2020.
- All India 50% quota rank: This is the overall merit position of the candidate amongst all the candidates who have appeared in the NEET MDS 2020 and are eligible for All India 50% quota counseling and is valid only for All India 50% quota MDS Courses.
- All India 50% quota Category Rank: This is the overall merit position of the candidate in the category (OBC/SC/ST) as opted by the candidate in the NEET – MDS 2020 amongst the candidates of the same category who are eligible for All India 50% quota counselling and is valid only for All India 50% quota MDS Courses.
NEET MDS 2020 Cut Off Marks
In order to qualify the entrance examination, the candidate needs to secure minimum qualifying marks. The cut off for NEET MDS 2020 is as follows:

NEET MDS 2020 Counselling
Thre are 2 types of NEET MDS 2020 counselling. The one is for the candidates who qualify for the 50% all India quota counselling and the second is for the candidates who do not qualify for the exam same.

NBE shares the result data with the respective counselling authority and the authorities use the same for allotments of the seats via the counselling process.
NEET MDS 2020 Admit Card
NEET MDS 2020 admit card can be downloaded on the official website, nbe.edu.in. Candidates can download the NEET MDS admit Card by entering User Id and Password. On the day of the test, candidates need to carry a hard copy of the admit card, and a valid id proof.
How to carry NEET MDS Admit Card: Candidates must only carry print copy of the admit card to the exam hall. It is to be ensured that the copy of the has a passport size photograph pasted in the relevant space. The specification for the photograph is as follows:
- Size of the photo should be 35×45 mm.
- More than 75% face should be visible in the image.
- Print it in high quality, at least 600 dpi resolution.
- Background must be white.
- Name of the candidate and date of clicking the photo should be mentioned at the end of the image.
- There should not be red-eye, shadow, or reflection.

Other than the documents mentioned above, candidates should not carry anything extra. Mobile phone, electronic devices, etc. are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.

NEET MDS 2020 Syllabus and Exam Pattern
NEET MDS 2020 shall be held on a single day & single session only. Candidates can check the exam pattern for NEET MDS 2020 from the points given below.
Language: The exam will only be held in the English language.
Duration: NEET MDS is a 3 hour (180 minutes) examination.
Type of questions: All the questions will be of multiple choice questions
Number of questions: There are a total number of 240 questions in the NEET MDS exam.
Marking scheme: 4 marks are granted for correct answer and 1 mark is deducted for incorrect answer.
Sections: NEET MDS consists of 2 parts – Part A and Part B. Part A consists of the total number of 100 questions and part B consist of the total number of 140 questions.

NEET MDS 2020 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for Admission to MDS courses notified by the Dental Council of India are as follows.
Cut off date for to finish the internship for determining the eligibility of NEET MDS 2020 is March 31, 2020.
Education Qualification: Candidate must have a Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized university or institute.
Eligibility for All India 50% Quota Seats
Candidates who were nominated by the Government of India to do BDS from Dental Collegesin Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible to apply for admission.
Candidates not Eligible to Apply Under All India 50% Quota Seats
- Candidates who did BDS from Jammu and Kashmir are not eligible for 50% All India Quota seats. These candidates have to submit duly singed affidavit by November 20, 2019 with the application form confirmation page, to the address below:
