NBEMS will declare the NEET MDS 2027 result on natboard.edu.in. In 2026 the result came on 2 June, a month after the 2 May exam, so the 2027 result is expected in June 2027. To qualify you need the 50th percentile (General and EWS); in 2026 that was 308 marks out of 960.

- Go to natboard.edu.in and open the NEET-MDS page.
- Open the NEET-MDS 2027 result notice to see your score and rank.
- To get your scorecard, click the applicant login link.
- Log in with your User ID (application ID) and password.
- Download the scorecard and keep printed copies for counselling.
What will the NEET MDS 2027 scorecard show?
The scorecard comes in your login a few days after the result. In 2026 the result came on 2 June and scorecards on 10 June.

- Your All India 50% quota category rank, if you belong to OBC, SC, ST or EWS

What are the NEET MDS 2027 qualifying marks?
You qualify NEET MDS by reaching your category’s qualifying percentile. The percentiles stay the same each year, but the marks needed change with every exam. The table shows the latest marks as a reference for 2027.

If fewer than three times the seats in a category qualify, the percentile is lowered automatically.
How is the NEET MDS 2027 rank decided?
Rank is by total score. If two or more candidates have the same score, NBEMS uses these tie-breakers in order, as per the latest bulletin:
- Fewer wrong answers in the whole paper.
- Higher score in Part B.
- Fewer wrong answers in Part B.
- Higher aggregate percentage in all BDS professional exams.
- Older candidate ranks higher.
What happens after the NEET MDS 2027 result?
Qualified candidates register for counselling. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) runs counselling at mcc.nic.in for All India Quota, central university and deemed university MDS seats. In 2026 Round 1 registration opened on 18 August.
State quota seats and state private colleges are filled by each state’s counselling authority using the NEET MDS merit list. Armed Forces Medical Services seats follow a separate DGAFMS process, but candidates also register on the MCC portal.
