NEET MDS previous year question papers for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 are here as free memory-based PYQ PDFs, one per year, because NBEMS does not release the official paper or an answer key. The 2024 PDF prints an answer and a short solution under every recalled question, and the 2023 PDF ends with a list of answers. NEET MDS is a 240-question, 3-hour CBT for 960 marks, so the 2024 and 2025 recalls are the closest practice for the next exam.

What a NEET MDS Recall Paper Looks Like
The 2024 PDF is a 29-page memory-based paper of the 18 March 2024 exam. It holds 49 recalled questions, not the full 240, and gives the correct answer, a short solution and a tip under each one. Its cover line of 720 marks and 3 hours 20 minutes does not match NBEMS’s pattern of 960 marks in 3 hours, so go by the bulletin for the pattern. The four questions below and their answers are as printed in that PDF.
Four questions from the 2024 recall, from anatomy, microbiology, periodontics and biostatistics:

- Swelling of lymph nodes in the neck
- Bilateral swelling of the feet
- Presence of fever and chills
- Skin rash on the abdomen

The four PDFs differ a lot in size: the 2022 recall runs to question 240, the 2024 recall has 49 questions and the 2025 recall has 100 questions with no answers, even though its cover says it comes with solutions.
How to Use NEET MDS Previous Year Papers?
- Work at 45 seconds a question. Both parts give the same pace: 100 questions in 75 minutes for Part A and 140 in 105 minutes for Part B. A 49-question recall is about 37 minutes of work, and a 100-question one about 75 minutes.
- Weigh every guess. A right answer is worth +4 and a wrong one costs 1. A pure guess among four options still averages +0.25, and crossing out two options lifts it to +1.5.
- Start with 2024 and 2025. Use the 2024 PDF first because you can check every answer in it. Then solve the 2025 recall and confirm its answers from your BDS textbooks.
- Use 2022 for a full-length run. The 2022 recall goes up to 240 questions, so it is the only one here you can sit as a 3-hour paper split into a 75-minute Part A and a 105-minute Part B.
- Keep revising until the bulletin. NBEMS has not announced NEET MDS 2027. In 2026 the bulletin came out on 11 March and the exam was on 2 May, so plan your full-paper practice for early 2027.
