The PU CET PG result 2027 is expected in July 2027 at results.puchd.ac.in. In 2026 it was declared on 17 July, about four weeks after the test. No result card is posted. The result alone does not give you a seat: you must also fill the online admission form at onlineadmissions.puchd.ac.in.

How to Check the PU CET PG 2027 Result
- Go to results.puchd.ac.in.
- Open the PU-CET (P.G.) 2027 entrance result link.
- Enter the details asked, such as your roll number from the admit card.
- Check your marks for each course paper you took.
- Save or print the result for the admission process.
Panjab University does not issue separate result cards, so the online result is the only copy.
How is the PU CET PG merit list made?
Your name enters the merit list only if you score at least 20% of the maximum marks, or 15% if you are SC, ST, BC or PwD. Some courses set a higher bar.

The final merit for admission is made by each department. For many courses it gives 50% weight to the test and 50% to your bachelor’s marks, while some, such as M.Com. (Hons.) and MBA for Executives, add a group discussion and interview. Ties are broken by bachelor’s marks, then Class 12 marks, then age.
What should you do after the PU CET PG result?
Fill the online admission form at onlineadmissions.puchd.ac.in for each course you want, before its last date. You can submit it even before the test result is out.
- Departments publish a tentative merit list and invite objections.
- A provisional merit list follows.
- Courses that need it hold an aptitude test, group discussion or interview.
- Departments hold counselling, where you report with original documents and your admit card.
In 2026 the admission form was open from 10 June to 28 July, tentative merit lists came on 6 August and departmental counselling ran from 12 to 18 August. Admissions for 2027 are expected in July and August 2027.
Can you get your PU CET PG marks verified?
There is no re-evaluation or rechecking, but you can ask for a photocopy of your OMR sheet within 10 days of the result by paying Rs 10,000. If a mistake is found, the result is revised and the fee refunded. For courses with a group discussion and interview, the test marks stay confidential until the final list is compiled.
