ACET Syllabus 2026 – Preparation Tips

  • Prioritise Mathematics and Statistics — they carry 60% of the marks. Weakness in these two sections makes clearing the 50% pass mark very difficult.
  • Use Class 11–12 NCERT and CAT-level QA books for concept-building, then progress to TOMATO and Yaglom for trickier problems.
  • Practise Data Interpretation daily — speed and accuracy with tables, charts, and percentages is key.
  • For English, build vocabulary daily (10–15 words) and practise one reading comprehension passage every day.
  • Logical Reasoning (10 marks) is relatively easy to score — do not skip it; practise series, coding-decoding, and syllogisms.
  • Solve at least 8–10 ACET previous year question papers in 3-hour timed mode before 13 June 2026.
  • In the last 10 days, focus on revision and mock tests rather than new topics.
