How the AIAPGET Paper Changed (2019–2025)
- 2019: NTA’s first AIAPGET had 100 questions for 400 marks in 90 minutes, with +4 and −1 marking.
- 2020 onwards: each subject paper has 120 questions. The 2023, 2024 and 2025 papers show 480 marks and 2 hours.
- Using the 2019 papers: the questions are still good practice. Time yourself at one minute a question to match today’s paper.
What an AIAPGET Paper Looks Like
The 2025 Homoeopathy paper is NTA’s question bank printout (module Homoeopathy-ENG) for the exam of 4 July 2025, batch 10:00 to 12:00. Each of the 120 questions has a client question ID from 5001 to 5120, shows 4 marks and 1 negative mark, and gives four options numbered 1 to 4. The paper mixes one-line recall questions with statement pairs, match-the-list items and short case questions. The final key lists the correct option number against each question ID.

In the 2025 Homoeopathy final key, question 5041 is dropped, which means full marks for everyone, and question 5047 accepts two options, 3 and 4. Always score yourself with the final key.
How to Use AIAPGET Previous Year Papers?
- Time yourself at 2 hours. That is one minute a question. Match-the-list and statement questions take longer, so clear the one-line recall questions first.
- Guess only after ruling out options. With −1 for a wrong answer, a blind guess among four options averages +0.25 marks. Ruling out two options raises that to +1.5.
- Solve 2025, 2024 and 2023 first, because they match the current 120-question, 2-hour paper. Score 2024 and 2025 against the final key; 2023 has no key here.
- Check by question ID. NTA’s keys list the correct option against each question ID, so note the ID of every question you get wrong and look it up.
- Plan for AIAPGET 2027. The 2027 dates are not out. In 2026 the bulletin came on 10 July for an exam on 22 August, so keep a few unseen papers for the last six weeks.
