To qualify, you need the 50th percentile (UR/EWS) or 40th (OBC, SC, ST). Counselling by AACCC and the states comes next; its dates are not out yet.

- Download and print the score card; NTA does not send it by post or email.
What does the AIAPGET 2026 score card show?
The score card shows your marks out of 480 and whether you qualified. Counselling authorities use this AIAPGET merit for seat allotment.

Merit is on raw marks. If two candidates have the same marks, the one with fewer wrong answers ranks higher; then the one with the higher aggregate percentage in the full BAMS, BUMS, BHMS or BSMS course; then the older candidate.

What happens after the AIAPGET 2026 result?
NTA hands the result to NCISM and NCH and has no role in counselling. You register separately for each counselling you want.
- All India quota: register on aaccc.gov.in when AACCC releases the PG counselling 2026 schedule.
- State or UT quota: apply to your state counselling authority under its domicile and reservation rules.
- Keep your score card, admit card, degree marksheets, internship completion certificate, registration certificate and category certificate ready.
- Internship must be complete by 31 October 2026, the extended cut-off.
