CEED 2020 Cutoff Marks
IIT Bombay only discloses the cutoff for the Part A of the examination. Part B is a subjective paper, hence, there can be no certain cutoff for it. Cut-off is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates must get in order to take admission in a particular course and college.

CEED 2020 Result
Result for Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) releases in the online mode at ceed.iitb.ac.in. Candidates can check CEED 2020 result by entering the login credentials. CEED result is compiled after considering the final answer key. The final score of CEED is calculated by giving the weightage to both the parts; Part A and Part B.

CEED 2020 Exam Pattern / Marking Scheme
There are a few changes in the distribution of the questions in CEED 2020. The highlights of the changed exam pattern are:
– The number questions in Part A and Part B have been reduced.
– The time limit to complete the exam remains the same.
– Marking scheme of the sections in part A has been altered too.

CEED 2020 Scorecard
Soon after the declaration of result, CEED 2020 scorecards are also released for all the candidates who have qualified the examination. The scorecard can only be downloaded via online mode. The hard copy of scorecard is not sent to the qualified candidates. The scorecard of CEED is valid for one year from the date of declaration of result.

CEED 2020 Answer Key
IIT Bombay releases draft answer key along with question paper in the pdf form. Candidates can cross-check the answer using the answer key of CEED and question paper. They can also predict their probable score of CEED using the marking scheme. In case of candidates have any issue regarding answer key, they can submit their comments online via email in a proper manner and along with the supporting documents. Based on comments recieved by CEED office, a final answer key is calculated to evaluate the result.
CEED 2020 Admit Card
IIT Bombay releases CEED admit card for the registered candidates on ceed.iitb.ac.in. To download admit card of CEED 2020, candidates have to use their registered email id and password. On the exam day, candidates must carry the admit card in printed format.
How to download CEED admit card: The candidates have to use their registered email Id and password to download the admit card. If in case you have forgotten the password then use the link that says “Forgot password”.
How to carry CEED admit card: On the day of the exam, carry CEED admit card as a printed copy on an A4 sized paper. IIT Bombay specifies that a coloured print of the admit card must be carried at the center.
What to carry with the admit card on CEED exam day: Carry the below given items on exam day:
- One valid ID proof in original like any one of these –
- College issued identity card
- Passport
- Driving license
- PAN card
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar card or printed e-Aadhar card
- Own stationery items like pencils, sketch pens, poster colours, and other drawing materials
Details in the admit card: Photograph and signature of the candidate, allotted exam center, exam date and time and other exam day instructions.
What to do in case of errors in the admit card: In case there are errors in the admit card, the candidates have to email the issue at ceed@iitb.ac.in.

What’s New in CEED 2020?
In CEED 2020, the following changes have been introduced:
- First and foremost, the exam pattern for CEED 2020 has been changed a bit. There is a change in the distribution of questions and marking scheme as well.
- The total number of questions have been reduced from 45 to 41.
- Earlier there was no negative marking in MSQ type questions, however, now for an incorrect answer in MSQ type, − 0.2 marks are deducted. Also, for a correct answer in these type of questions, earlier 02 marks was given, however, now you will get 03 marks.
- Furthermore, the exam pattern for Part B has also been changed. New sections like sketching, creativity, form sensitivity, visual sensitivity, problem identification have been added to Part B.
CEED 2020 Application Form
The application form for CEED 2020 has only been released online. Aspirants need to register first only after which they can proceed to fill in details in the CEED 2020 Application Form. In the CEED 2020 Application Form, the candidates need to fill-in their personal details, educational qualification details, etc. Also, you need to upload scanned images of various documents in the CEED 2020 Form. Lastly, pay the required amount of the application fee by online mode.
CEED 2020 Application Fee:
To submit the application form, a candidate has to pay the registration fee. A candidate can pay the fee through the payment options available online i.e., Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking. The fee for the exam is as follows:

CEED 2020 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the CEED 2020 exam, the first thing a candidate need to do is to check whether he/she is eligible for the exam and for admission to various institutes or not. So, the candidates can check their eligibility which is provided below.
Education Qualification:
- The candidates must have completed a degree/diploma/post graduate degree programme of minimum 3 years (after 10+2 level), OR
- He/She must be appearing for the final examination of a program mentioned above by July, OR
- He/She must have passed the GD Arts diploma programme (10+5 level) by July.
Age: There is no age limit to appear for CEED. Also, a candidate can appear for CEED any number of times.
One important thing to note is that the eligibility criteria for admission to various institutes may differ from the eligibility criteria for appearing for CEED. Hence, candidates must check whether they meet the required eligibility criteria for admission to various institutes before applying for CEED 2020.

CEED 2020 Frequently Asked Questions
Ans : Candidates can download the CEED 2020 admit card from the official website, ceed.iitb.ac.in by login using their email ID and password.
Ans : There is no provision of sending the admit card of CEED 2020 to candidate’s postal address. It is the sole duty of the candidate to download and take a print out of the admit card from the official website.
Ans : Candidates must carry a colored copy of admit card to the exam center.
Ans : Candidate need not worry if he/she has forgotten the password. On the login page, the candidate can see the “Forgot Password” button. Click on it and follow the steps in order to regain the password.
