CEED Answer Key 2027: Draft, Final Key, Responses

IIT Bombay will release the CEED 2027 draft answer key for Part A, along with your recorded responses, on 19 January 2027. You can send comments through the candidate portal till 21 January 2027, 5:00 PM. The final answer key is due on 26 January 2027, 5:00 PM. Part B has no answer key.

How to Check the CEED 2027 Answer Key

The draft key and your Part A responses will be on the official CEED website from 19 January 2027.

Open the official CEED website and find the CEED 2027 draft answer key link.
Download the master question paper and the draft answer key.
Log in to the candidate portal and download your Part A responses.
Match your responses with the key, using the master paper’s question numbers.

How to Send Comments on the CEED 2027 Draft Answer Key

You can report a discrepancy in the draft key through the candidate portal till 21 January 2027, 5:00 PM.

Question order may differ for each candidate, so quote the question number from the master question paper.
Comments are reviewed by the committee, and the final key is released on 26 January 2027, 5:00 PM.
Part B is subjective and has no model answers, so it has no answer key.

How to Calculate Your CEED 2027 Part a Score

Use the final key and the official marking scheme to work out your Part A marks out of 150.

Compare your total with the Part A cut-off, announced on 4 February 2027, to see if your Part B will be evaluated. The 2026 cut-off is on the CEED 2027 result page.

Can I download my CEED 2027 responses later?

Only until the result. Part A responses can be downloaded only till the CEED 2027 result is declared on 3 March 2027, after which the link is disabled.

CEED Answer Key 2027 FAQs

When will the CEED 2027 answer key be released?

The draft Part A key is due on 19 January 2027 and the final key on 26 January 2027, 5:00 PM.

Is there a CEED answer key for Part B?

No. Part B is evaluated holistically by examiners, and there is no model solution.

Can I see my evaluated Part B answer booklet?

No. IIT Bombay does not share Part B booklets, and there is no re-evaluation or re-totalling.

Is there partial marking in CEED 2027?

Only in MSQs. You get +1 to +3 for choosing some correct options and no wrong option, and -1 for any wrong option.
