How the CG PPT Paper Changed (2021–2024)
- 2021: three parts of 50 questions each: Physics (Q1–50), Chemistry (Q51–100) and Mathematics (Q101–150).
- 2023 onwards: two parts, Science with 75 questions and Mathematics with 75. The total stayed at 150 questions for 150 marks.
- Using the 2021 paper: its Physics and Chemistry questions together make good Science practice, since Science now has 75 of the 150 questions.
How to Use CG PPT Previous Year Papers?
- Give each booklet 3 hours. 150 questions in 180 minutes is 72 seconds a question. Split the time evenly between Science and Mathematics, about 90 minutes each.
- Fill every circle. A wrong answer scores zero, the same as a blank, so a guess can only add marks.
- Solve 2024 and 2023 first, because they have the current Science 75 and Mathematics 75 layout. Check 2024 with the model answers for your set, then use 2022 and 2021 with their final keys.
- Practise without a calculator. Calculators and log tables are banned in the hall, so work every Maths question by hand.
- Plan for 2 May 2027. About six months remain, and the form is expected in March 2027. One booklet every two weeks lets you solve all four papers twice before the exam.
