How to use The CMAT 2020 Response Sheet
The CMAT 2020 Response Sheet is easy to use and basically, it is of use when the candidates have to check how many of their responses in the exam are correct when clubbed with CMAT 2020 Answer Key.
To check the correct answer using the CMAT 2020 Answer Key and Response Sheet check the steps below:
- Open the saved response sheet and the answer key in 2 different tabs.
- In the answer key check the column that has the question ID and the column beside it that has the correct option ID.
- Now, come to the response sheet tab, press cntrl+F. Now find the question ID. Once the question ID is highlighted in your response sheet check what is your selected option. Check the ID of that option.
- Now check if the ID of that option matches the correct answer ID in the answer key. If it does then the answer you have marked is correct, if not, the answer is wrong.
- These steps are to be repeated for all the answers.
How To Calculate Marks Using CMAT 2020 Response Sheet
Now once you have cross-checked the answers using the response sheet and the answer key, you have the count of the number of correct answers that you have marked and also the number of wrong answers. Now you need to use the below formula to calculate the estimated score:
CMAT 2020 Raw Score = 4 X (no. of correct answers) – 1 X (no. of wrong answers)

NTA releases the answer key along with the question paper at cmat.nta.nic.in. CMAT 2020 Answer Key can be downloaded by entering the application number and date of birth / password. Now, if the candidates are not satisfied with the answers specified in the answer key, they can challenge it by paying Rs 1000.
The challenges are taken only for the provisional answer key and after considering the errors, a final answer key is published. CMAT 2020 Result is prepared as per the answers indicated in the final answer key.

Along with the answer key for CMAT 2020, the question papers are also released at cmat.nta.nic.in. The question papers are uploaded at the candidate’s login.
