GSEB will publish the GUJCET 2027 provisional answer key on gseb.org after the exam, expected in April 2027. Candidates can send objections within the window GSEB announces, and a final answer key follows before the result. The key is released set-wise, so you match your booklet set number.

How to download the GUJCET 2027 answer key?
- Go to gseb.org after the exam and open the GUJCET 2027 provisional answer key link.
- Open the key for your subject: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.
- Find the column for your question booklet set number (01 to 20), printed on your booklet and OMR sheet.
- Compare each answer with the answers you marked, and note any you want to challenge.
- Check gseb.org again for the final answer key, which is used for the result.
Why does the booklet set number matter?
GUJCET uses 20 booklet sets (T.Q.P. 01 to 20) with the questions in different orders, so the key lists answers set by set. Using the wrong set’s column will give you the wrong score.
In the final keys, a question marked with an asterisk (*) gets 1 mark for every candidate. This was the rule printed on the 2022 and 2025 final keys.
How to raise an objection to the GUJCET answer key?
GSEB invites objections against the provisional key for a few days only. For GUJCET 2025, objections were taken by email until 6:00 PM on 5 April 2025, and the final key on 10 April 2025 changed one Physics answer while the other subjects stayed the same.
- Read the GSEB notice with the provisional key for the exact method and last date.
- Quote the subject, your booklet set number and the question number in each objection.
- Support each objection with a textbook reference.
- Experts review all objections; changes appear only in the final key.
How to calculate your GUJCET score from the answer key?

Group A and Group B candidates are scored out of 120 (80 in Physics and Chemistry plus 40 in Mathematics or Biology). Your marks then become a GUJCET percentile, which ACPC uses for merit; see the GUJCET 2027 result page.
Can you get a copy of your GUJCET OMR sheet?
Yes. After the result you can apply online on gseb.org or gujcet.gseb.org for a copy of your OMR answer sheet at Rs 200 per sheet, paid through SBIePay. The copy and its verification report are downloaded online within the time GSEB fixes; in 2026 the last date to apply was 13 May.
