GUJCET is organized by GSEB for admission of candidates in undergraduate engineering and pharmacy courses offered by various institutes of Gujarat. GUJCET Exam is held in offline mode and the candidates need to attempt the paper for Physics-Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics under it.



The Gujarat Common Entrance Test, conducted by GSEB, is the common entrance exam for admission to courses in the state of Gujarat.

Exam pattern of GUJCET entrance exam, will be as follows.

Maximum marks: 120.

Subject Questions Marks Time
Physics 40 40 120 Minutes
Chemistry 40 40 120 Minutes
Biology 40 40 60 Minutes
Maths 40 40 60 Minutes

Type of questions: Multiple choice questions (MCQ), four options given for a question, out of which one option is the correct one.

The language of question paper: The question papers of the examination are in Gujarati, Hindi and English languages.

    I have given my all four semester examination along with JEE main 2017…Now my query is that, for PDPU,DAIICT,DDU such levels college will have 50% Admissions through Gujcet and Board Exam Merit this Year(2017)..????

  2. Dear Sir, a student from different state (after his 10th standard) if shift to Gujarat and complete 11th and 12th standard with science, can apply for Gujarat CET for engineering?
