AIIMS New Delhi does not publish an official INI CET answer key, and the January 2027 schedule has no answer key or challenge step: the result, expected on 7 November 2026, comes directly after the 1 November exam. Coaching institutes share recall-based keys that you can use to estimate your score.

How to Check an INI CET January 2027 Answer Key
- Right after the exam, note down the questions you remember and the options you chose.
- Open a recall-based INI CET key from a PG coaching institute once it is shared.
- Mark each of your answers as correct, wrong or not attempted.
- Compare two or three keys where they differ, since recall-based keys can have errors.
- Use the marking scheme below to estimate your score.
Does AIIMS release an official INI CET answer key?
No. AIIMS evaluates the paper with its own key and publishes only the result on aiimsexams.ac.in. No question paper or answer key is put up on the official site.
Because there is no official key, there is no fee-based challenge process. Recall-based keys are only a guide to your likely score.
How to Calculate Your INI CET Score
- Count your correct answers and give 1 mark each.
- Count your wrong answers and subtract 1/3 mark for each.
- Give 0 for questions you did not answer or only marked for review.
- Add up: score = correct minus (wrong divided by 3), out of 200.

Qualifying is based on percentile, not a fixed mark: you need the 50th percentile (UR, EWS) or the 45th percentile (OBC, SC, ST, PwBD).
