INI CET January 2027 Important Dates
AIIMS New Delhi holds INI CET twice a year, and the January 2027 session is the one running now: the admit card is due on 26 October 2026, the exam is on 1 November 2026 and the result is listed as expected on 7 November 2026. Online seat allocation will be notified separately. Dates for the July 2027 session are to be announced.

How to Apply for INI CET January 2027
Online registration for INI CET January 2027 ran on the AIIMS examination portal from 16 September to 13 October 2026 (5:00 PM) and is now closed. There was no offline form. Category certificates also had to be uploaded by 13 October 2026. Sponsored and foreign national candidates must submit their documents by 30 October 2026 (5:00 PM).
Apply Online for INI CET 2027
The INI CET 2027 application window (16 September to 13 October 2026, 5:00 PM) has closed. Final status and admit card on 26 October 2026; exam on 1 November 2026 (Sunday).
- Go to aiimsexams.ac.in. If you have no AIIMS exam account, click “Create a new account?” on the login page and register.
- Log in with your Candidate ID or registered mobile number and password.
- Open Academic Courses, choose INI-CET and select the January 2027 session.
- Fill in your personal details, MBBS or BDS degree, marks and internship details, and the courses you are applying for.
- Upload your photograph, signature and any category, PwBD, sponsorship or OCI certificate that applies.
- Pay the fee online and submit the form before 13 October 2026, 5:00 PM.
- Check your status of registration from 17 to 19 October 2026 and fix any rejected detail by 5:00 PM on 19 October.

How to log in to the INI CET January 2027 candidate portal?
You log in to the AIIMS examination portal (My Page) to complete and pay for your INI CET January 2027 application, check your status of registration, fix rejected images or details, and download your admit card.
- Open the official login page.
- Enter your Candidate ID or registered mobile number.
- Enter your password and click Login.
- My Page opens with your INI CET January 2027 application and the links live at that stage, such as status of registration and, from 26 October 2026, the admit card.
- Not registered yet? Registration for the January 2027 session closed on 13 October 2026 at 5:00 PM, so new applications for this session are no longer accepted.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered mobile number and email ID and click Send OTP. Verify the OTP, then set and confirm a new password.
Who can apply for INI CET January 2027?
You can apply if you hold a recognised MBBS degree (for MD, MS, DM 6-year and M.Ch. 6-year courses) or BDS degree (for MDS), and finish your compulsory internship on or before 31 January 2027 for AIIMS, SCTIMST and NIMHANS, or on or before 31 December 2026 for JIPMER and PGIMER.

Seats are filled on INI CET merit. You also need at least the 50th percentile (UR, EWS, OCI, Sponsored, Foreign Nationals) or the 45th percentile (OBC, SC, ST, PwBD) in the exam.
What is the INI CET exam pattern?
INI CET is a 3-hour CBT of 200 objective questions with negative marking, split into four timed parts. What each subject covers is explained on the INI CET syllabus page.

If two candidates score the same, AIIMS ranks higher the one with fewer negative marks, then higher marks in the qualifying degree, then the older candidate, then by name in alphabetical order.
